Don't blame him; the whole club is a bit of a mess. He's likely our best defender, but at the same time I think we could probably do better. I'd prefer a left-footer. If someone offers £15-20 million, I'd sell him. Not too fussed about it.

Propose an improved offer of £19 million with an additional £3 million in potential add-ons. Could also include a small sell-on fee to sweeten the deal. If he's causing a big fuss then this should get wrapped up quickly.

The main concern for me is our team's lack of goals, and until we show some ambition by signing a striker, that's not going to change. We can't keep depending on a 37-year-old Vardy, who barely had a look in today. We also need more attacking midfielders, but if we don't secure a new striker before the deadline, we might as well be down already.

He had a solid game against Spurs, so you could argue he deserved to be picked again today, but unfortunately, he was very poor. He was out of position for both goals, and most of their success came from his side. It's a shame but the silver lining is that it might lead Cooper to give Ricardo more game time.
