Brighton and Man City will punish their defence though.
-
Yes, it was a great match tonight. I couldn't take my eyes off it. Needed a bit more quality but so much better to watch than Rodgersball.
-
Yes, should have been Tielemans. But it isn't that penalty that put us in this place, it was all the shite performances under Rodgers with no Soyuncu or Iverson. The team have played 3 in a 10 days and were visibly flagging second half. Should have had Praet, Kristiansen and Mendy on at 60 min, not left too late.

Indeed, 16th is better than 18th! Goal difference could be critical. I would like to see at least one clean sheet. I cannot remember the last one.

Dean Smith New Interim Manager - Official
foxinsox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
He is only on contract to the end of the season, so it wouldn't be a sacking, but yes, if he keeps us up then he deserves another season. -
I don't think Smith likes 3 at the back, nor is a great Souter fan. Iverson Castagne Faes Soyoncu Kristiansen Tielemans Soumare Tete/Praet Maddison Barnes Vardy A draw is no good for either team. We need to be clinical with our finishing.

I think Bretford will pile on second half. 🤞
-
Yes, hope the lads are paying attention.
-
One game at a time. Still 15 points up for grabs...
-
A draw is no good to either team. I would like to see us win with a clean sheet and pizza all round.
-
Away at Forest. Forests best chance of 3 more points.
-
The only thing that dampens my enjoyment is knowing that we have to go to Newcastle for our penultimate game 🙄
-
Played out of position. He isn't a winger, but always makes an effort. A confidence player who like many others has had is confidence destroyed by Rodgersball.
-
Yes, just out of form and fitness. No one is obliged to sign a longer contract and he always puts in a shift. Not great today, but still a great player.
-
I think the problem with Soumare is that he was poorly suited to Rodgersball, as was Ndidi. Soumare isn't really a DM who then passes sideways. Both him and Mendy are better at picking up the ball, moving with it and passing forwards. Some poor finishing today from Nacho and Daka, but they were getting opportunities that we haven't seen in months. Both can finish well when on form, and need to regain that confidence, as indeed does Vardy. Daka isn't really suited to playing wide, nor Nacho as a sole striker. I think we need a formation with two up front when playing them. We looked better with 3 in midfield rather than 4 strikers, but on the other hand it was Vards that got the penalty. Hopefully Maddison and Barnes back for Everton if not for Leeds. Great Escape 2 on the cards hopefully.
-
Possibly a midfield diamond with Vards and Daka up front, but who knows.
-
Clean sheet? No way! We are going to be completely overrun in midfield, and to score will need to bypass it. I really can't see this working, but hope that I am wrong.
-
Yes, but choosing between the entitled horrible fans of Arsenal or the horrible entitled fans of Man City is a pretty shite choice.
-
I would love a win, even if it benefits the Arsenal.
-
I know that sinking feeling.
-
Jessie will resurrect our team. Praise be!
-
It's grim, but I will probably renew. Possibly not if the NFC tickets become mandatory. I hate them. The club needs to show some respect to the fans.
-
I stuck around for Megson and Sousa. I have seen worse. Marsch will be OK. We may go down, but if so it won't be sideways and backpasses.
-
Yes, we may go down but Marsch does play attractive football, and likes the youngsters. I am OK with this.

More of a sprint...
