Chilwell was awful on Saturday, but then he was in good company! I am also not entirely comfortable with the treatment he recieved. I understand the logic that we as Leicester fans have paid our money and as such we have a right to vent our feelings towards our players, but I cannot but think that those who are most vocal in their criticism are those who have absolutely no perspective. We have never had it so good. We have never had such a strong squad. Those who think differently, obviously didn't have the pleasure of watching the likes of Junior Lewis, Nicky Mohan, etc. As an aside, I am also not convinced selling Chilwell is such a great idea. I can see the logic of 'cashing' him whilst his stock is pretty high, but we are forgetting how this would further support the idea that we are a 'selling club'. If we want to keep hold of best players and be able to attract good players, selling our first team players to our top 6 rivals is not the way to go about it. Let's get behind our players - why would you not?

One of the biggest things (going back to the Norwich game) is the drop in intensity & pace in the entire team. Everything seems so very slow, deliberate and frankly predictable. I guess, this when we see just how good Rodgers really is. This when he proves he is a top coach. I would go as far as to say that the following are out of form and as a consequence out of confidence; Chilwell Youri Barnes Perez How does it he get them 'back'? Yesterday the biggest miss was Wilf. Hamza for most of the match was positioned as if he really didn't want the ball. Whilst Wilf is out, should we be bringing Mendy back in to be the defensive midfielder? I realise that he cannot replicate what Wilf is able to do, but I am not sure Hamza has the experience and physicality to be able to what Wilf does.

Tricky one. I am still convinced that he is very embodiment of the old phrase 'form is temporary, class is permanent'. For the sake of the team (especially with Wilf now out) we have to drop him and bring in Hamza.

All to play for in the second leg. Start Hamza and he'll stop Grealish FC.

Let Brendan get around them at half time. Don't forget we have scored quite a few goals in the second half this season. Definitely the midfield is missing Wilf and the balance and tenacity he gives it.... Not over yet -

Strong side. But no Wilf makes me anxious...... -
Holy moly! No defensive midfielder????? Watch the FT meltdown.......

You are probably right. I just don't have that mindset and forget that others do.

Do we really think City players would stil be tempted do go there seeing what has happened to Maguire?
-
I really feel for him. He is so unlucky to have Hamza, Wilf etc. Ahead of him. Definitely good enough.
-
All of a sudden he is starting to really the complete midfielder.
-
His physicality is a major worry - something isn't right there. Another CB is a top priority in January
-
The man is a total machine! Absolutely love him. Where would be without him?
-
Nice easy home tie please. Bring on round 5!

Literally the funniest thing I have ever seen on FT!

Christ. I really had forgotten about him. If anyone can get anything out of him, it would be Brendan

This is an ideal chance for him to get some first team action. Very interested in seeing him play
