He has to one of the worst keepers in out entire history! What timing to find this out!!
-
Surely this the end of the line? There is no way back for him. I understand that he won't want to miss out on the huge pay out, for every inept display from us the further BR's stock falls. Do the right thing and walk away. No one (literally) wins with him staying.

Brighton & Hove Albion FC pre match
Suffolk exile replied to lcfc043's topic in Leicester City Forum
Given how terrible we and how they are seemingly on crest of a wave at the moment, I cannot see us getting anything out of this. Brighton are everything we are not at the moment. On and off the pitch. -
Falling out of love with football.
Suffolk exile replied to weller54's topic in Leicester City Forum
What is interesting is that me and my teenage boys have been watching some old season reviews videos from the 90s on YouTube and in doing so I found myself longing for those times. Why is it that I would love to be able to take them back to see those Little and O'Neil sides and experience that match day experience and players? I am certain they would prefer it. I know I would. -
Feels like the problems which have been in the BR reign have finally all come together to produce what we have now. Poor tactics, formations, continued lack of leader on the pitch/squad, insistence on keeping the ball without any drive or intent, lack of true RW options, poor match day experience, arrogant manager who has now nearly completely alienated the fan base with continued derogative comments about the club, the worst set pieces (both defending and attacking) in 40 years of supporting Citeh, lacklustre recruitment and a squad of players who have stopped listening............. In short, the summer rebuild needs to start with a change of manager. I hate to think what a summer of recruitment with BR at the helm might deliver................ Time for a change

Best way to improve our points count next season?
Suffolk exile replied to Bazly's topic in Leicester City Forum
Honestly? Priority would be recruit a leader. Someone who has been there, done it. A seasoned winner. -
What about this classic? What a night that was?!
-
It pretty simple really. For us to push on, we have to get back to basics - in no particular order Set pieces - we must have someone within the first team who is able to do better than Madders or Youri. I actually become anxious every time we get one as it usually ends up with the opposition breaking on us. We are hopeless at them...... High press - Where has it gone? It has to return to our game. Zonal defending - As others have observed on the 'set pieces' thread - it only works when you have top drawer defenders. We don't. I am very much of opinion that space doesn't score goals.........
-
What was particularly alarming was Brendan's comments about our ability to defend set pieces, “It’s never been an issue for us in our time here, but certainly we need to improve on it.” Errrrrrrrr...........really???

This. I have been parking here for a while. I pay no more than £4 for a Saturday match and on a Sunday it is only £1.

Kante who? He is such an immense presence in the centre of the park. The way he uses his body to roll players is incredible. His passing since his return has improved beyond measure

LCFC 2-0 Southampton - Post-Match Thread

Superb win. Definitely one that we would have lost last season. Oh hang on.... -
Sorry to be negative. But feck me. Amartey!

I went; Evan's POTY Barnes for YPOTY and GOTS
-
What I don't get it with pen, was the fact that Cags was obviously fouled - I feel like I am the only person to have notice it. Also there is no way that was a deliberate hand ball from Wilf. Pathetic decision really. At that point the game was over.
-
Desperately looking for where these games are going to be shown. Forgive my ignorance - but are are the remaining games going to be shown on the beeb or Sky? Are we (as season ticket holders) going to be able to watch? As I say, forgive my ignorance.........

Just when we couldn't get any worse...... -
I don't doubt Grealish's ability. But his temperament and attitude is a big turn off for me. Seriously big time Charlie!
-
Listen - we get Ghezzal back from his successful loan at Fiorentina there is no place in our squad for this has-been.........
-
I'd be up for this. He genuinely has the kind of qualities that we haven't seen since Mahrez left. But I guess there is the rub - he is always going to have to live up to that comparison.............
-
Christ! I am shifting around in a similar fashion right now.......
-
Absolutely this. Let's get behind him, why would we not??
-
Which you would think would lead to him gaining 'legendary' status in my book!
-
Norwich, Bournemouth and Villa (the latter more out of spite than for any real footballing reasons.......can't stand Eddie Howe or Grealish.......)....
