Nobody if the current big clubs keep picking off our best players. Horrible state of affairs just killing off smaller clubs chances at every hurdle. Makes our title win that much sweeter. Our current 11 has all the hallmarks of a special side in my opinion, need to keep it intact.

To be fair, I trust our owners/directors to do everything they can in their power to sign this bloke. If he doesn't, It will probably be because he'd rather be somewhere else. He does look like he enjoys it here though! I'm optimistic!

Was quality last night! However just shows how average our players are at the moment for him to shine above everyone else. Would like to see him get some more game time!

I think he'd play better in a 2. Hes onviously void of any confidence which restricts his creativity and freedom but in all honesty I dont think hes smart enough or self aware enough to retain form let alone become world class.

Worst performance of the season. Maybe Ndidi needs to be dropped, needs to put more work in his technical side of the game. The partnership or him and Mendy is just completely transient.Every team we play cuts through them like they are not there. Nothing really positive in that game at all, apart from Maddison is a cut above the others.

to get that possession thing to work as well as turning over a high number of chances you need high quality players. Especially in the middle. Ndidi needs a kick up the arse, he struggles to do anything of note offensively.

Have to agree, fine margins. Maddison misses his and Gray bags his sitters and everything is very quickly different. I get the point of ifs and buts but imo we were ok on saturday, nothing more.

Good game, rode our luck a bit at times with terrible finishing from Watford. Positives theres, ricardo looked a lot more solid defensively, hope he continues. Did the commentator actually say Ndidi is capable at shooting from range?? Will Hughes looked good I thought. Wouldn't mind him here at all.

I know right, almost seems like we're playing with 10 men a lot of the time.... oh wait N'didi just sort of sits behind the edge of the box every time we're anywhere near their goal. God knows why as he can't shoot or pass quickly for shit - probably well documented by other teams. Anytime they make a quick break he's well out of position. Mendy is a little bit more rounded as a footballer than Ndidi. Would like to see us play the smart passes through the middle a lot more, when our main creative outlets are our wingers putting in crosses we have a problem. Should be using them just as much to creative space in the middle.

I agree with the N'didi criticism. I think he's literally only in the team because of his octopus style tackling. Other than that his passing and shooting is pretty low level and painful to witness. Good team effort though today, can't fault that. Just disappointed with the score a tad.

Can't really argue with the effort from the lads, should of ended the game in the first half. Still not quite clicking up front though I'm afraid.
