Downloaded my two last week, much prefer the digital tickets as I can’t go every game, passing around a bit of plastic for entry to an event is insane in these days. There are loads of exemptions if you still want a plastic ticket. Kids, old people, registered disability or go to the club with an old phone and tell them this is your only phone. They’ve made it really simple.

What would you suggest? My go to is 'Hope you are well' - I don't hope or care if you are well - but in our culture you have to do the niceties or people will get offended. I preferred it working in the US, didn't even have to say hi on an email, launch straight into what you want.

That’s terrible. Yes it has happened to me a few times when I’ve booked via the 3rd party sites, hence I always book direct now. Funnily enough I did book direct to go to Jordan last week and BA cancelled on me so I booked with another airline, there’ll be a battle on to claim my refund from BA. 1) email [email protected] on a daily basis to request your refund. Doesn’t waste time with a bot 2) contact credit card to get your money back 3) travel insurance, depending how good your product is. In the uk it’s easier to get your money back as we have the aviation dispute service and small claims court for these shysters
