  1. Joyeux Nöel mes amis from foggy Jersey
  2. Trying his hardest to relegate us again. Knew he might only have one chance so he’s making the most of it. I’ve genuinely never hated a player as much. I don’t really care if he’s a “decent bloke” or whatever. He has caused untold damage to my football club.
  3. Believe that Robin Hood (if he even existed) probably came from Doncaster
  4. If you try to justify this appointment, even after this start to the season, you are complicit in the downfall of this club. Cooper over Corberan might just be one of the most awful decisions the board could’ve made. “muhhh prem experience” yeah and that experience is being shite. 18 winless prem games. Uninspiring character. Awful team selections. A brand of football that should see him sent to the Hague. Anyone seriously believing that the anti-Cooper sentiment on here stems from his time managing Forest is kidding themselves. Nobody cares. The guy is a total charlatan and should be nowhere near the Premier league
  5. And Fatawu? And Ricardo? Sorry, but I don’t really care if El Khannouss “hasn”t had enough time”. He is an attacking midfielder. Ndidi isn’t.
  6. Some people just refuse to call out shit decisions from managers and owners in an attempt to appear “level-headed”. Deeply weird. On the face of it, this is a dreadful team sheet, and pretending otherwise is just contrarianism.
  7. Looking better, but I have to ask what exactly does Ndidi offer? He doesn’t really win the ball anymore and we have 2 actual creative midfielders on the bench. Very weird
  8. I genuinely have no idea how so-called "professionals" can mess up a transfer window this badly. Every year we can't shift deadwood, every year we neglect a key position until deadline day and end up with nobody/some useless panic loan. They've known we need a striker for months. To spend 30m on SKIPP and AYEW is mind-boggling, all involved should be ashamed tbh
  9. Great, was hoping we’d be spending the last few days of the window shelling out 10m for an extra keeper If this goes through then we’re at 60m spent and not a single area of the pitch improved Imagine we don’t even get a striker or creative mid (knowing us this could well happen) This window has almost felt like deliberate self sabotage
  10. Thoughts on my lineup for Villa? Skippy and Wilf off the bench for that creative spark 🔥
  11. 2-1 down Buonanotte off, Skipp on ??????????
  12. Hope Rod Stewart is watching 😂
  13. With all due respect Danny, no thanks. Hope it works out for him somewhere lower down the pyramid.
  14. Struggling to find any discussion on this forum about Lineker. Perhaps I’ve missed something. Would be interested to find out what foxes fans have to say. For me a hero on the pitch and now, a bigger hero off it.
  15. Surely £12m + add ons gets rejected no? Factoring in the sell-on percentage, I doubt Stoke would be happy with £9.6m up front for their star player. I'd say it depends how desperate they are, but it seems they hold the cards here.

    FABRIZIO AT THE BACK POST
  17. First game at KP this season. Based in Jersey. We sat in SK4 which was like a morgue. When we joined the chants from SK1, the reaction from people around made us think we’d strayed into the away end by mistake. Embarrassing. Our lack of atmosphere puts us at a real disadvantage compared to our relegation rivals imho.
  18. Desperate for 2 tickets for the Brighton game. Jersey based, but over to visit family.
  19. We’re in Jersey. Lots of foxes fans here, despite living on an island of plastics. We had helluva party in 2016.
  20. I might be being dismissive, but it’s difficult to get excited about a young player getting minutes when they’re around 22 and will probably never be first team level. I know people will cite KDH to counter this, but he’s the exception rather than the rule. At least he was impressing in the championship at that age
  21. I pray we finally start going for deals like this. Taking a chance on an unproven player for a reasonable fee, who may or may not be good, is massively preferable to signing provably awful, ‘experienced’ players in the hopes of ‘breathing new life into them’. That 15m spent on Vestergaard could’ve gone towards some random bastard who’d been tearing up the Slovakian league, and if it didn’t work out, then at least we’d be able to say “hey, we tried” rather than “we knew he was sh*t but just didn’t listen”.
  22. So depressingly predictable. You just know that this will be the winger that we are supposed to be after. All sources (including Rodgers himself) claim that we want a right-sided winger. And that Rodgers has been "assured of funds". The continuous refusal to solve the RW issue is beyond a joke. Boga is an exclusively left-sided player, and a dogshit one at that. I don't care if it's just another loan that we will never make pemanent, if this is actually our target then there is something seriously wrong. A whopping 4 goals in his last 60 Serie A matches. Speaks for itself really.
  23. By “winger” he means that instead of finally alleviating the glaring RW problem, we will sign some verifiably useless shitter (like Boga) who primarily plays on the left anyway, to serve as backup for Barnes whilst we continue to shoehorn players into the RW position. It will be the last of the three positions we address too, despite being the most obvious long-term issue.
