  1. No surprise a Scottish club has done this.
  2. I've donated this year to great Ormond street hospital. GOSH Charity Christmas Appeal 2023 | Great Ormond Street Charity
  3. But these are the people that when they're in their 50's people say 'you haven't aged a bit'.
  4. You have them already but... Danny Drinkwater James Justin.
  5. Yet the fans are listened to so much more in the MLS, allowed pyro, large terraces, cheap tickets, ultra groups allowed to sell tickets etc etc...I'd take the way fans are treated in the US over the UK anyway.
  6. But She's not getting it for losing a final. She's won Best FIFA Goalkeeper, Super League Golden Glove, World Cup Golden Glove and England Player of the Year.
  7. Lots of people said as soon as safe standing areas were introduced then there would be a clampdown elsewhere, looks like that's right on the money.
  8. I said a few years ago that my days of travelling all over for gigs was over. But now I've realised if I genuinely want to see the bands that are on my 'must see' list then I have to bite the bullet and travel...so that's what I've started to do again. Its one of the rare occasions I think living in a bigger city would be preferable.
  9. History is about to be made, in years to come you'll be able to say where you were when this happened.
  10. I do wonder if managers really understand that England is unique, the prices fans are charged, the fact that standing is still clamped down on in stadiums, that most grounds aren't allowed an end like they do abroad, that any type of fan organisation is either stamped out or heavily policed/stewarded, most countries don't have any of this. I also wonder what the owners think. Most owners abroad actually encourage fans to create colour and noise. In England most only seem to care about the financial side of things. The owners must hear the comments from their managers its happened numerous times over the years but what's been done? Some have introduced safe standing areas...but to me are a waste of time given they're a bodge job of what safe standing is like abroad (and scotland)....that's really it. I don't think the owners really care either.
  11. Kinda frustrating that we could've had Boro v newcastle and Liverpool v Everton semi finals. And now we'll end up with a Chelsea v Liverpool final...yawn.
  12. Seems to be happening more and more, its really sad but that's English football. There is zero appetite from the clubs or fans to change anything. Lets face it its nothing new its been this way for many years and things haven't changed so Iwhy would things improve now? The league is to successful and authorities and the clubs don't want to risk changing anything. Like I've said before the only way things can change is if the fans want change, to organize themselves, yes it will some lenience from the clubs but it has to start with the fans and the majority don't care about the atmosphere that's just the truth.
  13. Fair play to him, just shows the players do notice. Won't make any difference though.
  14. I think most think he deserved it because he's a man.
  15. So many darts players come across as complete pricks, its difficult to really care about the sport.
  16. Most managers/players don't seem to care as long as the money is better.
  17. Rangers fans welcome team bus after win.
  18. Union bears scottish cup final 17/12 + flares from the aberdeen ultras too.
  19. Looks like the clampdown on pyro in Scotland is working well. LOL.
  20. Fair play to Ashby who won away to make it to the 4th round of The Vase, never past the 1st round before ( i think).
  21. I still cant see past man city.
  22. All the talk and what I've read suggest the ivanhoe line won't go to Leicester.
  23. Forest have put in for new planning application for redevelopment. Looks as bad as their Tifo.
  24. Have to say Rangers beating Betis home and away was the most impressive European achievement so far this season for the British clubs.
  25. Chris wakelin is 31? That must have been one tough paperround.
