  1. We have an ownership who can't afford to sack him AND probably don't have a sensible replacement. Nobody's coming now, they want to see what chance they have here, additionally its a pretty toxic environment. Both "Top" down (whilst Rudkin is here), we'll have a reputation now & if its a 50/50 you wouldn't come AND entitled, unmotivated, lazy players up. And a manager who knows exactly what he's doing and what the situation is and is TOTALLY staying for the best pay off he can get (understandably so, sadly). He's said the same thing in post match comments for the last 6 weeks plus, by this point you would be much angrier, he looks disappointed and no more. And he never says what he really thinks, no honesty.
  2. Laugh & be pleasantly surprised
  3. Have you not seen though, occasionally the "water carriers" are getting in good positions, taking too long and passing it off, and missing the best chance to have a go.
  4. I had my 50 added for Wolves, so could access tickets on the TUesday, yep, THEY DO IT AGAIN Was going, but then we both walked back from Manure and thought "maybe not". 670mins since a goal, 630mins since a home league goal, hmmmm.....
  5. There are 12 pages on here now? How many of them will we get? I presume they all come from good knowledge & investigation. For the beginning of this season, did we have Edouard (who?), Skipp, BDCR, Andre Ayew etc. on the list??????????????????
  6. STH, probably 10 aways this season, still going Forest BUT the 2-3 weeks international hiatus, the rubbish before AND I was at Everton (9secs) & West Ham, had an evening class on Wednesday and just didn't care coz I knew we'd lose, only looked coz I had transferred in Marmoush for FPL. We all understand: the manager (stealing a living & boring us with soundbites that are BS) the players (stealing & living & given up, either to return in the Champs or force a leave, retire or be pushed) the club management structure (out of their depth, with numerously repeated stupid decisions). If you add all of that together why for the death knell of a horrendous season when NONE of them care, should we,. Going for the social NO MORE, OUR LCFC Football actually spoils it. And with Football its the hope that kills you, you sit down and have a little bit of hope, actually really glad I've switched off. Focusing on trying to win my FPL league
  7. I hope they have learnt going forward: We have seen from subsequent head coaches now the call for a refresh of players. We’ve laboured ourselves with such a financial burden player wise, with them being overpaid and is owing millions more than they’re worth, that we can’t get rid of them until the expire and leave. This has certainly been INTEGRAL to why we struggled since we went down in 23. So they have done it themselves. But at some point the approach has to be: e.g. Soumare Yes we we want to buy you BUT your 1st year contract is £30k or £40k per week NOT £70-80k, if you don't like it we will look elsewhere, till you prove yourself. But I'm not holding out hope, they gave Choudry & Vestergaard repeat lengthy contracts after having failed numerous times at Premier League Level, I think 95% of fans would say we'll look elsewhere. And at 26 Edouard @ £90k per week is a starter, and how many games has be played? Businesses sack people for 1 decision like that, who is responsible? RVN has realised the mess and is just taking the money till he can go OR he gets a payoff. I mean we haven't scored FOREVER, the ire is moving from the Board to the manager. I mean this is on the BBC today!!! Embarrasing: Operation 'target Leicester' continues - FPL tips and team of week
  8. I would say, in about 5 out of the last 7 games he has had a big chance in the first half of every game, would they have changed the games? Maybe We couldn't afford that luxury of them not going in as a limited squad scrabbling a few weeks ago for survival, they had to be finished. Legend as he is, along with other 101 stupid actions Top & Rudkin have taken over the last 3-5 years. Seriously WHO comes into the FPL with a 38 year old striker as you main source of goals, when he scored 4 in the top flight in his last full season & Daka as back up. Thats not a setting you up for success approach.
  9. Bet he's glad he had that banner up in Copenhagen everything has gone wrong from that point and for him personally too, out the side generally for weeks now.
  10. Its quite bad, off the back of 8 or 9 out of the last 10 or 11 being VERY VERY good The thing that makes it worse is the "organisation" did it themselves, and we have come along for a VERY unpleasant, now turning into lengthy ride.
  11. I'm tomorrow but really surprisingly I've heard its going very slowly, I thought the fans would be mad for our last but one PL away for a while
  12. Like the last 3 months & again on Monday night. As they said on Dad's Army, we're doomed, the "board/owners" say nothing & we're all tired of moaning probably, I've just had enough of the rubbish they give for us to cheer, the players want off, we want them off and we all want the summer. And the thought of going to Wycombe on the 8th Aug (middle of Summer) isn't appealing, along with 10-15 midweek & Monday nights, hmmm. Championship don't worry bout a thing. Lets lighten the atmosphere somewhat.
  13. I saw this about the club today too: This news has just come out in Portugal, and will be all over the news in England on the TV and newspapers soon. Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, the owner of Leicester City, has announced that he is selling the club. He was quoted as saying, “My father and I had a dream, and we have realised that dream and more. However, I don’t think that King Power can take the club any further forward. We will always love Leicester and the people of Leicester”. The buyers are a multi-billion dollar Portuguese company, Dia da Mentira, based in Lisbon. They already have investments in Benfica (Portugal) and Santos (Brazil).
  14. Are we embargoed on Edouard?? Did we decide to have a trial this season with him?
  15. Who do we play next?? When can we go to the beach? As all of us are already on holiday, we never came back from Copenhagen
  16. The 3 of us are down and unless there is a requisite number of times we have to be LIVE on TV then they will focus on the battle for ECL spots, title and relegation is finished.
  17. Good philosophy, the football is what always spoils it, when its not goin well, "the day out" is the great release, mates, beer, talking shite, having a laugh. The club and their stonewall, non communicative approach are actually what make the current state of play so lacking fun for a big percentage. Though the bloke in front had a right old "bag on" at my lad on Sunday, when my lad said get on with the game, when he was injured "off the pitch", he was in the hands of the experts (medics), what was the ref waiting for??? So why did this guy have a gripe? But at least you'll get something out of a dire end to the season, enjoy, hope the weather is good at the B's
  18. Go to all the home games, but decided on the walk out of the ground, not to go to Wolves, had already decided not to go to Manc, we'll get battered and a Wednesday night & I would have driven, too hard for time off work. Brighton waste of a day in current form. Forest probably, BUT they'll be champions League and we will already be down AND they are SO Much better than us. Bournemouth BH weekend, good shout BUT the football will ruin it, might not get access to a ticket, apathetical. Who wants to go when everybody is annoyed at them, they don't score, half of them don't work hard or drop playing clangers, can't defend, can't finish and they can't stop the ball going in the next. 3 for 23 against since Jan 11th Jesus, here's the stat, last home League goal 8th Dec, Christ.
  19. Also “While we know things on the pitch have been disappointing this season, behind the scenes we have been working with the club to ensure fans’ experience at Leicester City beyond the football itself is improved. Why do we all go???? To emotionally engage, with family and friends with passion in backing our team. We'll be in/at the ground 2hrs max. Watch the team. REALLY hope they do well, show positivity, perhaps play some exciting, entertaining football, to take our minds from the other more mundane, frustrating, annoying things in life for a few hours. The queues for drinks and food are ludricrous, and nothing is improved over time or learnt or be done better, or modelled on other clubs that do it better, even with computerised systems. The ticket entry has been made slower and more onerous by digital ticket enforcement, its jarring now. BUT the action on the pitch is reaching disappointment of truly league record breaking historical levels, losses, goal scoring, that won't be offset by improvements beyond the football, there aren't many/any that I can see. Its about a modicum of relative football success. Don't sell us BS, focus and understand whats important to the fans. Like saying "we know things on the ship have been disappointing this voyage (Titanic), behind the scenes...they will be improved"
  20. I don't mind the price freeze, have to say the digital ENFORCEMENT next season is my BIG ISSUE. I would love to know the percentage of STH that miss at least 1 game a season, where they want the choice to pass it on to family, friend, dog etc. And this makes it WAY harder. "The transition to Digital Tickets – which stands to make the sale, transfer and use of tickets more efficient and more secure for supporters and the Club – continues to be shaped by your . Your support and understanding are hugely appreciated as we continue to modernise the matchday experience at King Power Stadium." We are also continuing to work with the club to make it easier for season ticket holders to transfer, resell or donate their tickets when they can’t attend to minimise empty seats at games. Well you're not are you, the easiest thing in the world is, "I can't go, do you want my ticket for game x, here you go" Mind those queues at the gates, when security are explaining to a family of 4 how to use 1 phone for 4 tickets, as there is a queue of 200 behind you at 2.57pm & they continue to search everybody when they should be rushing everybody IN to the game. This is about control of the movement of those tickets and MONEY, chance to sell on like last night, except Wycombe & Wrexham won't be so attractive.
  21. Pity the poor buggers going, midweek night & a battering. And lets just say we win coz they have 3 players sent off We'll still be 12pts behind Wolves by the time we start as Wolves beat Wet Spam @ home Tuesday night
  22. Do they put us on their mantlepiece if they beat us 4 times???
  23. Vestergaard & Choudry last season, renewed stupidly when performing at LOWER level, having failed at a HIGHER level REPEATEDLY
