The attritional and survival style only really works if you are then able to push on later in the day and cash in on tired bowlers (nothing too risky) Hopefully can get to 300 plus with a positive final session with no more than 1 more wicket.

With a couple of clever loans (striker, midfielder) I think we have a squad more than capable of promotion without having to spend anything, depending on who leaves of course. Biggest challenge is getting players to buy into it and create a togetherness for me.

I'm not sure whether to be impressed that he seems to really want to come here or worried that we are potentially paying him less than QPR were and he's had to fund part of it himself At lease he's keen I guess.
