Swansea 1-3 LCFC, post match thread

I think our strongest team at the moment would be Stola Ricardo Okoli Vestergaard Faes Winks James Ramsey Fatawu Daka Monga Id have Faes in that Callum Doyle roll he can step in to midfield to pass and it keeps the ***** away from the box. theres a shout for Carranza in the hole linking play and leave Daka to be a pest. work rate was high today. -

Great goals. Hit the woodwork twice and missed a sitter away from home. Marti is clearly coaching them well. We need to cut out the brain fades at the back because Winks James Ramsey Monga Fatawu is a top 6 midfield. -
nothing to do with Marti. Faes is a walking timebomb.

i thought it immediately looked a penalty. Faes is a ****ING IDIOT. Just get rid of the *****.

Choudhury, James, Winks, Monga, BDR and Fatawu to a certain extent had good games. Stolarzcyk was neither here nor there. Faes and Vestergaard are ****KKKINNNGGGG SHIT. Play with a fag on until someone runs at them and they go to pieces entirely. Will refer to them as the Jigsaw boys from now on. Thomas and Kristiansen both got owned by their wingers. Skipp is an ABOMINATION of a footballer. Was smiling like he had a frontal lobotomy when he came on, immediately got booked and never once looked like he could get near the ball. Mavididi was allergic to taking on his man. and DAKA - well **** me sideways, he played like he was on ice skates and speed at the same time. almost like a comediy performance by one of the worlds most skilled physicall comedians. except it wasn't. Ricardo, Okoli, Nelson, Page, Ramsey, ANY ABLE BODIED YOUTH TEAM STRIKER please save us....

We had virtually no money to spend back in 2014/15s great escape, when we were struggling but signed some cheaper players who had a set of bollocks and didnt fall over/give the ball away / fall asleep repeatedly. Huth, De Laet, Albrighton, Simpson, Wasilewski, Konchesky, Ulloa, Nugent, Hammond, Drinkwater, Cambiasso - all cheap, injured, ageing or undervalued. Their performances and approach in the great escape resonated with the fans because they minimised what they were shit at and focused on what they were good at. Its a symbiotic relationship with the fans, where one needs to feed off tje other and learn they can rely on them. Wout doesnt inspire people with his performances because he is so, so error prone and is not willing (or doesnt look like he is willing) to compromise his approach to minimose his errors. As a result people arrive at games with no faith they can inspire him to do anything better. So they dont bother. So @hfaes I could name 50 worse players than Wout that have been built up by the fans at leicester and in turn performed above their ability to.deliver great moments. Wout will never be one of them as he doesnt have it in him to improve. Turkish food and culture (which Wout will grow to love from Trabsonspor subs bench) is lovely though and the fans are a wonderful forgiving bunch. And if King Power do go bust, the club has shown time and again it will return to bigger and better things than any of the players that let them down, rinse their contracts or phone in performances but demand praise.

The biggest bonus is weve got Fatawu who is the best player in the championship at the moment i think.

LCFC v Cov - Post Match Thread
FosseSpark replied to HesNotGudjonsonn2's topic in Leicester City Forum
The Sky Sports coverage is a disgrace. They have spoken exclusively about Cov deapite them having 40% of the ball, cov goalie making 9 saves, us having the best 3 chances. Totally agree that Ramsey comes in and Soumare drops out. Kristiansen for Thomas as well. Thomas offers nothing to support the winger. -
Soumare for Carranza at ht. drop James to play 6 with Winks. Monga for Mavi at 60.
-
Ayew has just happened to have his best two games just as Carranza signed.
-
Haji Wright could have a field day running down the chasm between our fullbacks and centre backs.
-
Skipp is an abomination of a footballer. He was laughing himself at how shit he was playing against Oxford. Like a competition winner, also has a bit of a simple 'i smile because i have no idea what is going on' look about him.

Stolarzcyk Hamza Okoli Faes Thomas Ricardo Winks Fatawu James Mavididi Ayew

that was never a red in a million years. a yellow maybe but no studs, no high contact with ankle or knee, no significant impact on player, just a late tackle. an absolute joke. kid ref overwhelmed by player reaction.

Monga has played two eng u19 games, Page U18 so id hold them on the bench or rested. -
How Do We Make the King Power a Fortress Again?
FosseSpark replied to Ryanlcfc3's topic in Leicester City Forum
Build a moat round it. Have some fletchers taking aim out of narrow windows at the top of the stadium. Poor boiling oil off the roof if anyone tries to invade. Have a grainstore in a central compound and keep Wout and Winks in the Tower.... -
This guy played every game up to the Final in the Conference League last year, with strong performances against Genk, Fiorentina etc in the knockout stages when Betis were under the cosh. It doesn't seem like he'd be the sort of signing who was keen to come in as a number 2 in the championship (although the money is probably better). It feels like this might be a real competition for Number 1 signing, which i didn't think when i originally saw it. Not sure if he ran his contract down as he wanted to be first choice somewhere or if he was just let go not of his own volition. But either way he looked pretty handy in some of his videos and so hopefully he breaks our run of iffy Portuguese/Spanish recruits who don't quite cut it...
