I turned the game on just in time to see Okoli sent off. Watched the rest and thought that this is genuinely match-fixing levels of shit ness. Is this part of our dodgy gambling sponsor arrangement because I truly struggle to understand how our players can contrive to be this poor.

Might be a decent shout. Angry scotsman with history of promotion in the football league. Looking at his record he doesn't stay anywhere long so needs a short contract to avoid a big payoff when the inevitable fall-out comes.

Make Rudkin manager. He either does spectacularly well and has to stay as manager with a competent DoF above him to sort out the rest of the club or he fails and gets the sack at the end of the season. And as a bonus we get to chant at him every week.

It's infuriating that he is looking for a manager to fit into an out of date identity that he envisages rather than getting in a manager that knows you need more than one tactic to win games. While he's half joking, the flippant way he says if we're not promoted this season we'll just do it next season shows the blase attitude in the boardroom.

He clearly hasn't watched us play.

Big Nige isn't coming back. It would be nice to get him in for a couple of weeks just to kick the players' arses and shove Rudkin's head down the toilet though.

I wouldn't mind Rowett on an 18 month contract but I'm not sure if he's full of sh!t enough for Top and Rudders to be convinced of his aura.

I hope Kingy does a good job as I reckon he'll be in the hot seat for a while. The fact that it looks like Top was here to back the manager prior to the match shows how ill prepared the board are in terms of a replacement. I doubt they've got a short list that goes any further than Russell Martin. I just hope that King doesn't end up damaging his status at the club on the back of being unable to motivate the utter bag of sh!t that passes for our team right now.

And the new manager will want to have a good look at Soumare!

While he's not improved the situation I don't think this is just down to Marti though? We used to buy players and improve them but if you look back over the last five or six years, how many players of ours have regressed? With the likes of Riccy P and Justin you can argue injuries derailed them but every player we've bought since the back end of Rodgers' time has rapidly become a worse player than the one we paid for. There is a malaise in the club that rubs off on the players. Unfortunately as the quality of player we've bought recently is of lower standard, the deterioration is more telling.
