I love the bloke, but no. 200 goals, 500 appearances - leave it as it is. Would love for him to be involved in the club in some capacity in the future, a non-playing role, but he deserves better than League One football and Jon Rudkin.

Done. Can tell a lot of hard work goes into the Foxes Trust so I really hope that the results of this do something for our club. No doubt they will mark the whole thing as irrelevant and carry on killing us but I admire the effort that goes into it!

Didn't know if it was worth having a pool thread on here - I looked through the General Football and Sport threads down to 2024 and didn't see one but if I missed it, feel free to delete, Mods! I imagine their must be quite a few members who play on here in the various competitions in the county nowadays with venues like 147 and The Cue Club hosting a lot of them, then new venues popping up in Hinckley and soon Loughborough. With the Ultimate Pool tournament starting tomorrow, thought it would be a good place to talk about the format and maybe help each other with stuff they're struggling with to improve their game!

He was fantastic last night. Think he has been to blame for a few fvck ups this season but a lot of the time his winger wasn't helping him. Whereas Mavididi last night put a shift in as well which takes a bit of pressure off of Luke - tracking one man rather than two. Rowett and Davidson definitely helping bring the best out of him though - Skipp MOTM but Luke a close 2nd for me.

I despise no other player more that has ever played for this club more than Jordan Ayew. Sat at work now waiting to go to the pub pre-match - feel like getting in my car and ****ing off. Absolutely honking. Daka is no world beater but he scores then gets dropped? Hamza starting and captain? No Mukasa and replacing him with someone who had a couple of good games in December? What the actual **** is going through Rowetts head right now. Rinse and repeat no matter who the manager is - vile.

Not listened to all the pod yet, have it on in the car en route to worrk. But, listening to GTF talk about the team spirit and the demands they had for each other, work ethic that they pushed for etc. makes me so sad that we don't have those qualities in any of our players anymore. No togetherness, no standards, not bothered are they not like what we had before. A team you could resonate with is all I have ever wanted, a group you can get behind and this lot are the polar opposite of the Lloyd Dyers, Stevie Howards, GTF's of previous years. But on a positive note - the pod is genuine therapy for me so thanks Ric, Jord and Jake, legends! 👏🏻

I agree with your whole post - if relegation happens it does sit with the board. As a fan I would love to see him come and do well but would hate for him to come back purely because I don’t trust this group of players to turn it on for anyone. They’ve shown no fight or passion all season bar that first half on Tuesday. I don’t think it matters what manager comes in, nobody can turn this shower of shite around so I think NP should steer well clear, he’s done his bit for this club. As the great Ric Flair says - this group leaves no stone unturned in the search of defeat and I don’t want to see Nigel having anything to do with it personally.

Not sure if anyone else is in the same mindset as me, but, as much as Nige is a club legend - I would hate to have him back. Why? In case it goes wrong and tarnishes his legacy. He built us from the ground up and doesn't deserve a relegation or any kind of connection with this bunch of charlatans currently wearing our shirt on his CV. It is bad enough seeing Kingy having to apologise for this bunch of useless cvnts' performance on Tuesday, don't want to see Nige in the same position. If the rumours are true from a poster on here that we have had knockbacks - deal with it Top and Rudkin. So inept, so careless - no proactiveness whatsoever. Yes I will be, for sentimental reasons more than anything. If I was more strong willed and this emotional connection wasn't there then I would cancel my direct debit now truth be told, but I just cant. Would love to be able to say **** you to Top and King Power and spend my money on other things but I am living in the hope they depart the club sooner rather than later, although that is a long shot I know as he has big plans..... we promote next season and all that...

Think some fans need to have a look at where we are, how bad the board have ran this club and acknowledge that this would be a good signing considering our predicament. Board are getting zero praise from me, I am firmly KP out but this is the kind of character we need around the current squad. Ricardo is one of my favourite ever players to play for our club but he isn't someone who will run a dressing room like Lascelles - I think he is worth the punt. Don't like how late it always is - obviously had to wait for the Soumare departure before we could get anyone in which shows the shambles upstairs yet again. But worth a gamble despite his injury record, just hopefully on a fair wage.... but I wont hold my breath.
