  1. At chelsea in the cup it made me smile he was getting the "wnaker, wnaker" shouts from our end and hamza looked up and gave us a sly clap. Anyone else notice that ? πŸ˜‚
  2. For wolves he is. I rated him. Just didnt like him at the time. These days i respect the fact he stuck with them
  3. As an opposition player....steve bull. Loved his wars with walshie
  4. "seriously lads , braggy park stream, it was like a shark.....this big it was"
  5. "look, look, its soumare running"
  6. The gall of the cnut coming here after THAT play off final! I wasnt at all impressed but one of those youd rather have with you than against you.
  7. Noooooooo!!! That 93 ish kit with the pattern that looked like stretch marks gave me seriously sore and chafed nipples! πŸ˜‚
  8. Funny how a lot of us dont like the outer blocks away from home but cram ourselves into the corner in sk1 and g1 at home. Not knocking anyone. Just an observation
  9. A bit after the event but this is a link for the stockholm derby i went to in May. Some good pyro and crowd footage amongst the talking and match footage. Its another world. Wish it could be like this here .
  10. Decent game this so far. Nice to see teams actively going out to try and win a final rather than setting up not to lose
  11. What more do they want? Your membership fee
  12. I think its a fair point in truth. As a member who previously couldnt get a season ticket (i now have one) ive had this argument before. If you are a season ticket holder that's going to miss 10 games a season, do you really need that season ticket? Is it fair? It p1ssed me off as a member that i was shelling out 40-50 quid a game when there were sesson ticket holders missing approx half a season of home games. That season ticket would have been better with someone who would attend most, if not all of the games. Fairer too. Not everyone will agree but i bet most members would. I get the argument about kick off times being moved but these days we know what we are signing up for.
  13. I have a season ticket for the first time this season and was expecting to have to make a call or get guidance but checked this morning and it has updated to show sheff weds game, kick off time etc. So it would seem all is in order and just scan at turnstile. Less faff than i thought it would be in truth.
  14. Lad next to me that day said "next one, he never misses 3" after the second missed sitter......we know how that turned out. Terrible all round that day. The whole team got a "what the f**cking hell was that " at the end if i recall. Anyway , im digressing
  15. Disappointed, but you still go back for the odd roll after a few drinks now and again πŸ˜‚ But yes, its never the same.
  16. One of my school mates used to live on burnmoor street and often had a new football. He claimed he used to wait in the street for a ball to come over the east stand on match day. How true it was i dont know but they were the best footballs on the school field tbf. Maybe hes on here, i dont know. If you are stuart, come on now tell the truth 🀣
  17. Great for a Leicester accent though all those lovely y's. Twenteh is plenteh realleh
  18. Post horn gallop.....yes. With all the modern fan cam, flame throwers, dance music after a win etc etc, this is a throw back and pretty unique. I never tire of it and hope it never gets replaced. I also like the duh der duh duh on radio leicester after a goal when i dont get to matches. I only remember it changing once and that was last season when they played hallelujah after our first goal in about 9 games 🀣
  19. 🀣🀣 I remember a couple of times pen 2 carrying on the aaaaahhhhs a good 3 or 4 minutes after the goal kick 🀣 Funny........but just why????
  20. Looking at the stadium plan for the sheffield weds game and there doesn't appear to have been a big uptake of season tickets in g1 standing area as lots still available. Or were these intentionally kept free for match by match sale ? It would be a shame if the standing areas werent filled after all the call for standing
  21. I watched with my daughter who is a big lioness (and city) fan. For pure entertainment value that was excellent. Probably most entertaining womens game I've seen and whilst i accept the quality is below that of the top men (in my opinion, before the women lynch me) it was probably the most entertaining game ive seen in a while, men or women (and especially city!). The premier league mostly bores me these days and the womens national team seem to care a bit more than the men (that was a comment made by my 15 year old and i had to agree). Well done girls
  22. I just dont want it or like it. I could go on all night about why but ive done it to death many times over πŸ˜‚.
  23. Well they couldnt possibly allow the small team plebs to sneak a sh*t house one nil win at the etihad or anfield with a controversial goal could they. That just wouldn't do 😑
  24. F**k me. Just leave the game alone. 150 odd years without any of this b0ll0cks and it became the most popular game on the planet......and now you think you can improve it!!! F**k VAR. F**k automated offsides. F**k Fifa. Not debating. Sorry.
  25. Bottom left there is a kid in a 90-92 bukta kit so has to be 90s. I was at nearly every home game in early 90s. This has to be Oxford?? Tony James keeping us up ?
