  1. Have they taken up cremations there as well?

I would budget £50k these days. Anything under you can you can always repay back to the mortgage.

Or they know that the people they lie to don't care about checking the facts? It's probably aimed at the Russian public to demonstrate how demonic the Ukrainian military is.

    Ukraine

18 of the names provided by Russia have already been exchanged and are back in Ukraine.
  5. Similar net transfer spend to villa over the last 10 years. They do their transfer business very well as do Liverpool. They have spent £100m less than Newcastle in the same period.
  6. It would be a shame. Northern Ireland is the better of the two for me. Love it up there. Eire is all a bit nothing.
  7. I'd play Hamza as the forward 8 if KDH is out. He carries the ball well and can be disruptive in their half.
  8. Best on the market for me. Special mention for the reasonably priced Aldi pilsner though.
  9. Also lallandia in Denmark. Cost us £1200 PW for an 8 person cabin in August with all facilities free once there.

    With a lift of course...

Why not look for a bungalow that has had the roof converted. These typically have a 1/2 bedrooms at first floor but still have a bedroom at ground floor.
  12. Ndidi was always going to be out for 6 games or so. I reckon whatever they had planned transfer wise was to cover for or improve on Ndidi regardless.
  13. They are gambling aren't they. Over the next 2 years the base rate will be 5% for the majority so it will stay high. Over 5 years they are expecting it to drop so you get a better price. Ours expires this month, am tempted to pay for a couple of months at the variable rate to see if the base rate drops by 0.25% which would be a big saving over 5 years.
  14. 2 year mortgages are nearly 6%. The 5 year rate assumes it will come down over the next 12 months.
  15. Lookman is another player that would be brilliant under Enzo. Would be an upgrade on Mavididi.
  16. If you are that concerned about technological progress and football then you would be better to direct your energies into why the half time beer queue isn't a fully automated system that doesn't rely on minimum wage students that would be rather somewhere else . If the VAR cash was spent on that, live football would be brilliant.
  17. Why don't they install those concrete segregated cycle lanes. The traffic in Leicester is much much slower than 20mph as a result. It barely makes moves it's that safe.

I don't think they are. Russia has reported that they shot down a load of missiles and the debris landed on civilian areas. There are reports of explosions at microchip factories. So I suspect the are aiming at factories that support th war effort which will inevitably employ civilians and also be near to populated areas.
  19. Nah, you can keep VAR.
  20. Enzo knows 3 points is still 3 points whether it's Rotherham or Ipswich. Better to ensure the 3 against Rotherham in the first game then this one becomes a free hit. He knows you win this league by being consistent against the mid and low teams not really your rivals. This guy despite not being a manager long is wise in his approach to a long season.
  21. Ah, fair enough. Butter is £1.69 for 250g unless you want west country specially selected, but I tend to find the sea salt crystals annoying? Milk is £1.28 for 2l. Let Tesco charge want they want and go elsewhere would be my suggestion.
  22. 2 penalties really, clear push on kdh in the first half. Either way, rather incompetence than corruption. Rather watch today than watch a match with VAR.
  23. Time to ditch Tesco or presumably the named brand. Nordpak in Aldi is £2.09 and is identical to Lurpak.
  24. Mays?
