I don't think I've ever scrolled through Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok or any of those nonsense platforms ever. I usually take a look at Facebook every day as that connects me with certain friends, groups and activities. And I stopped using Twitter once it became X. I very occasionally look on there for football news/transfer rumours but that's it. It's much better to have one or two that you look at now and again rather than obsessing over one or all of them. If you want to stop using any of them then just change your passwords to something you'll easily forget and log out. Then once you lose access to them the hassle of getting back in will put you off any way.
