I suppose it’s good for the collector but the pricing seems off -

Dog owners - how much has your policy gone up this year? My pet plan went from £420 to £500 which I didn’t think was too bad considering.

On the board and shareholder of a successful business that employs 450 people, so without getting into my dads bigger than your dad, might know a thing or two about the mechanics of a sizeable operation and how it typically operates, how the decision making process works etc. If you’re after a mentor just let me know -

Because 90% of people who comment haven’t been exposed to these kind of environments and think this is football manager -
Premier League 24/25 Pre-season guff (misc talking points)

Good to see Maresca and Chelsea all over the shop in pre season -
My point is a general one - I obviously realise this, thats a very literal way of thinking. More generally if you post a view that is central or right then you will get piled on - which is why theres no point making those type of comments or arguments anymore, or anything political - it ends up left v right. When I talk about right, I'm not referring to ''far right'' here - something I completely disagree with and find prety sad, I'm married to a mixed race woman which makes my son the same - I find the whole situation pretty depressing to be honest.

I think what the guy is trying to say, in simple terms, if you aren't labour voter this forum will come down on you, I'm in agreement to be honest. I think we should steer away from politics as it's clear Mark doesn't want it on the forum and we should respect that - it doesnt take long for it all to get out of hand.

Interesting read that - sorry to hear about your struggles especially your son that died at 8 months - I'll be a bit more symapthetic than ''better get a wiggle on'' as it will of taken some decent strength to write all that. Good luck with it and keep us updated.

Sounds like you're in a dodgy area Raj, time to move out!!

Do they do a cheaper one thats not AeroReady

I'd be absolutely astonished and dissappointed if theres any trouble at the open training session. Fear not, in any case, there will be 1,500 showsec's in yellow jackets to keep 200 kids at bay from a pitch invasion - so you're safe.

Anyone seen any of the 3 x 3 basketball - found myself quite enjoying watching SPA v GER last night

She is world class in her field, one of the greatest Olympians of all time. Even if you aren't interested in Gymnastics I urge you to watch her especially on the Floor - it's bound to be all about her as successful people tend to have that mindset, in the team event last week she was all about the team and they won gold.

Thanks I'll make these points - I think I'll ask them to replace with a new one with all the certification.

Things look like they might be back on again, I'm expecting nothing and then you don't get dissapointed. Question though, the sellers solicitors have come back to us today to say their log burner has been serviced and it's got a crack in it, so they are taking it out?? Hang on a second, presumably I need to be going back and saying you need to knock £x off the price of the house or installing a new log burner like for like with a guarentee? Said Log Burner is < 2 years old as it was part of the renovation they did, who why isn't it under guarentee? I suspect it's a 2nd hand one....advice welcome. I dont know if a new log burner is £2K or £5K

COBR meeting today, a few days too late. If we haven't used police reserves then why not, every video I've watched is the police getting completely overrun! Hopefully it starts to quieten down this week and people start to get prosecuted quickly.

Correct but there are plenty of examples where sacking a manager after 10 games is completely pointless.

Most of inner city Leicester is a dump, we’ve even got a thread on it! Only go into Leicester to the KP now.

I just presumed it was par for the course that when holidays are discussed you just add 50% on from what the mrs thinks it will cost.
