That's good, saving on his wages means they can cancel the licence fee.

You can't have a tournament where the venue for the semi-final and final could be in different countries depending on who qualifies. -
Hoping David Coote has given the game a much needed boost at this meh time.

Live TV apology in front of the Kop whilst downing a can of Red Bull the only way to redemption for Coots.

I know there are political issues but Pakistan played in India during the World Cup so it has been possible for travel between the two. -

Didn't Cooper play them four times (with a League Cup semi final) a couple of years ago and lose every game 2 or 3-0? -
Hopefully, as a proud Welshman, he'll take over as their national team coach when the rugby bloke is sacked.

Given Eduoard barely features, wouldn't it have been worth keeping Cannon if we couldn't have got anyone else?

Two years ago fans called for Rodgers to go against Palace and the response from the chairman was to shake his head. Banners were put up and nothing happened. Every interview since seemed to suggest the club was perplexed we were in a relegation battle. If those in charge cannot see things are wrong, there is nothing we can do.

Made no sense in June and still doesn't. The six weeks starting in a fortnight are going to be very difficult to endure.

Yep, totally forgettable. About six points better off than we should be. Bailed out in two games by red cards. No wonder we are barely televised. -
Barnes scores as we put out a shocking, lifeless attack.

Brilliant goal by Joelinton.

Bizarre set up producing a nothing performance. We are going to offer so little to this league this year.
-
Away games are going to be utterly grim without opposition red cards.

Said it when he was appointed he would be found out eventually!

No wonder Man City want to play fewer games.

After the excitement of the first four games (0-3, 0-4, 2-3 and 2-3), Everton's results since have been 1-1, 2-1, 0-0, 2-0, 1-1, 0-1 and 0-0.

Coventry's league form has been poor for months. The cup games masked it and Man United should never have allowed it to become close. Robins did a great job but they should be doing better right now. -

If it stays like this, West Brom will have had four 0-0 draws, two 1-0 wins and a 1-0 defeat at home this season. -
Shocking decision in the Man City game.

Marco Silva doing an excellent job. Fulham's previous Premier League efforts were expensive shambles. They are now a comfortable, entertaining team.

That two carriage train could be fun,

The next two months are vital. I don't see many points but if we can be competitive in games it might keep heads reasonably high. I do wonder how we'll respond to proper scoreline thumpings which we have somehow avoided so far. Too close to call right now.
