  1. Thought id match the poster by asserting my assumption as they have by their comment. There’s opinions that go both ways.
  2. Yea because working in a factory with no one to pick you up is easy compared to 29k fans baying for your blood 😂 If Youri wants a better club and contract, just play crap right? That’s how it works by your logic 😂
  3. Who’s responsible for their level of fitness and recoveries? Smith said when he took over that we don’t look fit enough. I know whom I blame, and he’s no longer at the club.
  4. Yes that’s right in my opinion the players do care. What professional footballer whether years or months left on their contract would want to be tarnished with relegation? Seriously? why would a player deliberately play bad, with the eyes of the football world and 29K Leicester fans (a portion with baying for their blood) plus of course the management. those players looked utterly gutted on Monday. Though I understand perspective and differing views, I’ll say anyone saying they don’t care I absolutely disagree with. Why are we playing crap? it’s simple to me, we have I think the worst fitness in the league. We don’t run enough. We are not quick enough in closing down, meaning when we do “press” teams are quicker physically and mentally to beat the press. players are lacking the confidence in getting forward quickly to press because of this holding back, with the exception that I can see being Madders. How many times are we wanting players to be aggressive and press, but they don’t because they are scared to be beat and lack the fitness to sustain that. Players are scared to find space, knowing if we lose the ball the opponents are quicker at exploiting our weaknesses. Because we are being pressed quickly it’s forcing mistakes from Us, we simply do not think quick enough or are brave enough to find space, to make more forward passes. mistakes do not just happen, anyone involved in coaching most sports know this. I look forward to the moronic “they don’t care” brigade many of which boo’s the players on Monday followed by chants of your not fit to wear the shirt, that then left after the fourth goal went in.
  5. People need someone to be angry at, deflective anger.
  6. Only we can make these crap teams look like Man City
  7. @fuchsntf you are one of my own favourite posters, I really enjoy reading your comments and views. I hope on this battle you are undertaking currently, you keep posting as you do.
  8. That’s a really good first interview. We are looking lethargic and lacking confidence, as he says. Also noted about the fitness levels, and not having time to build that up which is bang on correct. I hope we go to Man City with a plan to be aggressive and put them on the back foot even if we lose. going to be tough, but we have the talent and desire to succeed.
  9. It’s the small things that I feel could really make a difference, seeing some passion on the sidelines to help invigorate the crowd and players. I like what he has said so far 👌
  10. You question laziness on the pitch, yet use x 2 players that don’t even play to justify your view. Regarding Souter, if we believe Adam Sadler post game interview then he was rested. Does that mean he is lazy because he was rested? when players play with fear as most of ours are then bodies and minds can seize up. Playing “safe” I.e not making the runs because they fear being outran, out played and out passed, backwards passes, not being direct all highlight to me a major loss in confidence and that fear factor. Add to that an angry restless crowd that makes clear its displeasure creates a perfect storm. I am no disputing we are being outfought and out ran, but this highlights a team in confidence as Bournemouth are whereas we are not.
  11. You think In the most watched league in the world, where players wanting to impress other clubs or attract new contracts, whilst 30k pissed off fans that are unhappy watching them, that players would deliberately be lazy 😂 Have you ever played sport on an elite/high level? I repeat again, in my opinion there is no “lack of effort”.. They are playing with fear and devoid of confidence hence why they are not making runs. If you cannot understand the link between the two, fair enough. These players are not bad players overnight. You don’t play international football and be lauded by other clubs, if you are lazy.
  12. The players are directed by those they trust, I.e the coaching staff including sports scientist etc staying behind in training and practising free kicks is one thing, but to work on different energy systems is another, again it’s the coaching staff that direct.
  13. But others (maybe yourself) make it sound like it’s the players. The blame IMO lies solely with the coaching staff, not the players.
  14. I detest this “lack of effort” comments thrown towards our players, because of course they want to be second bottom and appear crap!! there is no lack of effort. Fear to make runs owing to confidence and being boo ‘d absolutely. Fear to Press effectively, owing to fear of being played around again absolutely. Less running owing to (in my opinion) lack of fitness, which could also be the reason we have so many injuries is another factor. We are so broken as a team at the minute, that I don’t know how we arrest this slide in the time we have left.
  15. Presumably you feel we could have got “better” managers? That would be willing to stay on in the championship should we be relegated? or would you have preferred SaS until the seasons end? just curious as to what you think we should go in the crap situation we are in?
  16. It’s irrelevant question in my opinion… we are not exactly a club most successful and respected managers would want to sign a long term contract with. Plus the pool to choose from is minimal currently. so this is where we are at, all we can do is support marsch and hope that his “failings” at Leeds will benefit us and that we will be a better fit for him. right now we need a lift, the players look destroyed psychologically, unfit, lacking confidence and any real guile. If Marsch is the man then hopefully short term he will provide a confidence boost.
  17. Agree fitness levels are way off. I don’t think it’s an effort thing, we are simply physically and mentally fatigued to early.
  18. I think the pool to choose from is so small we are almost at the inevitable of going for someone like MON. obviously in the summer if we retain our EPL status that pool gets bigger. we need a manager before Bournemouth in my opinion, so if MON is the only option that would be willing to have a short term contract then I’d take it. the real **** up here is not sacking Brendan much sooner.
  19. Well, the warm weather break during the WC worked….
  20. Bournemouth 2020 and the capitulation. This for me, irrespective of better performances afterwards told me we didn’t have the right psychology. In terms I believe this stems from the management team.
  21. No, there to busy booing an ex academy player.
  22. Hanging out at an airport during the January transfer window? Then we went on a shit run with him being left out the team, after playing better. He was a ****, so to Fofana. But I wouldnt boo…yet others boo thise that have not behaved as bad.
  23. I disagree. Irrespective mahrez acted more of a ****.
  24. Fofana and Mahrez behaved like brats. Chillwell and Maguire didn’t, yet both get huge amounts of stick. He has moved on, we have moved on… it’s done. But still a portion of our fanbase still treat one of our ex academy players like crap. I would have done the same if I was him. I was at Stamford bridge to see drunken and/or rage induced angry men abuse him. Fair play to give back
  25. No, a portion of our fanbase are.
