Every season me and my son go over every game to see if the result was accurate and in reality how many points should we have vs what we did accrue. We are always only 1-3 points out. Guess what we are on 10 and we think that’s accurate. so to answer the question, yes I think we will stay up.

Hi all bit of a random one…. our car had its MOT and planned service recently, on a used car we purchased from a business 11 months ago. The car failed its MOT, with a long list of failures. The mechanic strongly believing some of the failures/advisories were due to (in his opinion) that the vehicle had been involved previously in a collision. He listed his views why. The vehicle when purchased was not listed as CAT C/N he also highlighted that the airbag light bulb was not present, I.e it was removed before purchase. we contacted the seller who argued/dismissed all points. Do we have grounds for complaint? thank you

My enjoyment of waiting for a correct decision is more, over getting home seeing highlights having lost to a goal that shouldn’t of stood.

How anyone can say VAR isn’t better in the game, I will never understand. Yes how it’s managed isn’t great, however surely not conceding from an unfair goal is better? what has annoyed me about the Liverpool non goal, is they have rightly requested audio and created a storm (as they should). I wish we had done that over some of our dubious Officiating over the last few seasons.

Just to reply to those asking… the adult season ticket is in my name, and always has been. My wife struggles to make games owing to her disability particularly over winter. So she goes when she can with my son (we have a joint bank account, she pays for it also).. for the first time in 15 years as season ticket holders, they initially refused her access on Saturday as the card was in my name not hers. We hate liaising with the club, we believe the only thing we can do is transfer tickets into her name x 3 times this season, which is madness. It should really be more IMO.

Can anyone advise…. I have a season ticket in my name. However my ex wife pays for this. for years we take it in turns taking our son, dependant on work etc. With absolutely no issues. Today they refused my ex wife initially, before she proved the funds come from her account. Can Anyone that works at the club advise please?

Things I noticed… wilf looks like he is being used more offensively Vestegaard I think will start, he seems to be used a lot. winks touch and awareness looks really good the players looked super fit, and relaxed. KDH still lacking a bit of confidence in front of goal it was great for the players to be given a warm reception, after how last season ended.

I think he spoke really well and I applaud him for having the courage to speak out. Hopefully when fans get on players backs in the future, behind the millionaire player that has everything, there is a human too.

Fair and valid points. Yes if we think we would get 8M worth of goals (whatever that looks like) this season, then yes we should keep, irrespective of my views on mindset. for the record I wouldn’t sell for 8M It is a tough one. I think Barnes being homegrown, local lad, LCFC supporter, and not an England regular, if I was him id do the same and stay. With Madders I don’t blame him At all. (though agree spurs are questionable choice) but for him, he wants international football. Does this mean one is more driven than the other? Or are we in an age where most footballers ultimately put their family and personal life (as they should) ahead of professional sporting honours? I feel I’m digressing, but I guess for the fans whose life evolves around football, to have players they feel are not as invested would be tough, but I can see why.

I said his mindset isn’t good enough (for what I think we require) not that he isn’t good enough player for the championship. He will get us goals in the championship and is worth more then 8 million, but if we get promoted I feel we need players with a different personality. though I admire him for not kicking up a fuss over lack of game time, it could to some like myself, highlight a fundamental flaw between those that want to play and keep striving to improve vs those that don’t. Maddison another example. Whether we like him or not, he has that desire to keep improving, and has the attitude (some will say arrogance) to show that.
