I'm not sure what else it would take for some people to reach the King Power Out sentiment. That's nothing personal against you, I just struggle to see how much more mismanagement it would need for people to get there

I know most fans think we're relegated already, almost understandable with our current form, but we are 6 points from safety with 30 points left to play for. It's now or never. They HAVE to make the change now. -
I'm glad it wasn't just me then! I'm not sure how a circular route can feel like it is entirely up hill for 21km
-
Total elevation actually doesn't look too bad. Looks like the first 2km is fairly uphill, so I'm going to try and not get too excited at the start! And then 8-11km looks hard and 16-19km fairly tricky. https://www.strava.com/routes/3268950513361269926 Indeed, good luck for the race!

I'm also doing the Kettering half. Weather is supposed to be good

Yes, it was Hermansen who went after Soumare but to be fair Mads had just pulled off a great save, the ball came out, Soumare pathetically tried to clear it and simply passed it to their player and then just stood there like a moody teenager and watched them score, rather than try to win the ball back. It was refreshing to see Hermansen tell him straight because Soumare's whole play and behaviour around that fourth goal just wasn't good enough

Oh sh*t. I didn't read the first post... I voted assuming that you meant the order on top of toast. I now feel like I've betrayed myself

People using hand sanitiser. I think I'm the only sad, obsessive weirdo who still uses it...

I can't even remember what it was like to have one normal and boring day at Leicester -
TBF I couldn't give a sh*t the Matchday Experience if we were winning and had a solid strategy to stay in the Premier League and build a squad/club for the future. There's so much else to protest against, I think going after Honesty Flags, Clappers and the new announcer is kind of missing the point at this stage

And how do you know that our CEO - the role that's ALWAYS the highest ranking officer at any company, both inside and outside of football - cannot make a decision about the Director of Football? It's all well and good you talking about Santa mate but you're literally just making stuff up with no evidence. And this is the entire problem, the vast majority of our fans have grabbed onto the DOF without the basic understanding of how a business works. And let's imagine in some crazy world you're right and that the CEO has no power at the club... surely that's even more of a reason to call out the owner and highlight that they need to sort out the structure of the club. The CEO should have ultimate responsibility for the day to day running of the club and that includes making sure the DOF is doing their job properly. If that's not how things are at LCFC then something is truly amiss. But instead of sorting it our owners and CEO are both leaving him in place to allow us to sleepwalk into relegation... AGAIN!

You've said promoting a message of sack the board is neither practical nor fair. 1) What makes you think it's unfair? It's clear that Rudkin is out of his depth but he's not exactly going to sack himself, is he? That is something that should have been noticed and addressed by the CEO, who has the power to make that decision and bring in a new DOF. As such, this is a much bigger problem than Rudkin and I am actually more worried about the cluelessness of our CEO in allowing this to continue for so long. And if the CEO chooses not to act (as Whelan has chosen not to) then the Shareholders should act to replace these executives at our club. Being that Top has a 55% shareholding, then it is his decision alone to get rid of Rudkin and Whelan and replace them with competent individuals. So actually, I think it is completely fair and I'd go as far as saying that just going after Rudkin is not solving the problem. 2) Is it practical? Of course it isn't realistic for the board to sack themselves but that's not the point. While we keep providing the scapegoat of Rudkin the rest of the Execs and the owner get a free pass. However, if we start to push the message that actually, as fans, we think that the club isn't being run correctly (see point 1) then maybe the owner - who is the ultimate decision maker here - will need to take note and try to address the more fundamental issues within the structure of a club, and that SHOULD include looking at himself. I'm completely fine with Top staying if he learns quickly that he needs to bring in the right executive team, and make difficult decisions where necessary, but while he just let's this sh*t show continue, I think he's as responsible as the rest of them, and we shouldn't shy away from saying that.

I'm more excited for tonight than I have been for quite some time. Something just feels different today...

Snapping spaghetti makes sense in every possible way

Needs work We were, top of the world Now we face relegation And the only explanation I can find Is that we’re going down, if we keep King Power around We want Top to get out of our world
-
In my defence, we at least had some atmosphere when I wrote that 5 years ago

Glad I came here for a bit of a laugh

It's squeamish and not screamish

Pft, sounds like a typical Canon shooter

It's weird isn't it. My first proper SLR was a Nikon (F65) and from that moment on I just hated Canon . I will happily flirt with all other brands but not the dirty C word. I'm quite sure it would have been the other way round if I just so happened to buy a Canon SLR first...
-
Ah, that explains why they were desperate to buy my old X100F off me for twice what it's worth. I'm glad you're enjoying the ZF... My DSLR and all of my lenses are Nikon, so I've been very tempted by it myself! (albeit on a different mount)

I'm very late to this message but I had a X100F for a long time - I only sold it because I was offered almost twice what I paid for it several years ago. That range of cameras are absolutely beautiful and they are so well made. I threw mine in my bag everywhere I went and they're absolutely solid, no plastic. Very consistent images too. I think Fuji are hard to beat when it comes to Mirrorless cameras (also had an XT-1 previously)
