I couldn't give a damn who he managed before. I was optimistic about his appointment, but it turns out I had badly underestimated how much of a Gary Megson wannabe the guy is.

This team has shown that it's capable of beating teams and it's full of players who have played for top half premier league teams. People getting juiced up about us being "competitive" like he's getting a bunch of championship players playing above and beyond.

If we have money to spunk away, why have we not pressed on with the development plans?

Literally one of the best things they've done is ensure that time is added on properly. Of course they're trying to reign in it in now.

Everton are going to come and sit in deep, that is very obvious. If we start the game with barely any creativity on the pitch then it's going be a drab affair.

Even that reverse image isn't conclusive. Not sure how many examples of perspective tricking the eye people need to see before they accept that they can't be sure. The VAR could have killed this by showing the line drawn down from Mateta though, without that they're leaving themselves open to questions of their process and integrity. -
3rd Qualifying round is the worst of all the rounds of the FA Cup. Maximum chance of getting a boring draw. St Ives away falls right into that category At least it's a nice away day though. The pub that backs onto the river is beautiful, the floods tavern. Rushall v Nomads will be one I'll keep an eye on.

I think the team that concedes first will probably win. 2 managers that are absolutely petrified by the pressure of leading a football match. The team that accidentally scores first will mentally capitulate and allow the other team to win it late on.

In my line of work sometimes the first question I have to ask is, "does this problem need to exist in the first place?" If possible, can she just use one of the devices for accessing gmail? If so, problem no longer exists.

I imagine he'll rightly get a standing ovation from the crowd pre match. Hopefully that's that. Knowing football fans, if Chelsea are winning and Cooper is under pressure, I could see Enzo getting more chants and claps than cooper

All I know is that in baseball, there are players that get paid for years and even decades after they have left due to the absurdly long contracts. If he's attempting to do that here it might serve him and the club well in the short term, but long term they're gonna be screwed. I see you analogy though and there seems some sense to that. Also though, would bouba leave. Man can just chill out knowing he's not got to try for 10 years and he's gonna take £20m off us. Collect 9 or 10 players like that over 4/5 years and see how those next 5 years treat you.

More power to them I say - the effects of this madness are going to be hilarious down the road

Performance more important than results for me over the next 3 or 4 games. We've got a really nice balance to the squad now. If Cooper now continues to approach games like we're a league two team and only let the team attack when there's nothing to lose then he can go for me. No issue with us setting up solid, but the team has to have license to attack and press long before the 60th minute. Absolutely bored stiff with risk averse football.
