  1. Couldn't really name many songs I actively hate, generally it'll be because it's something that you've heard overplayed I guess. I think "baby shark" and "the crazy frog" are probably the only 2 songs that I'd actively walk away from so I didn't have to hear them
  2. Mads Ricardo Faes Okolie VK Skipp Winks Fatawu Buannanotte Mavidi Ayew
  3. Neen it is then
  4. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-northamptonshire-57142457 It has never occurred to me once that there was more than 1 was to pronounce Nene! I've always known it as "Neen" and my Rushden & Diamond supporting mates have never once corrected me.
  5. Are you fine with the club being loaded with hundreds of million pounds worth of debt?? We shouldn't really need a rule to say that spending tens of millions more than you're earning every year isn't a great business plan. If KP had that kind of money for Rudkin to throw away on more overpaid players (even though we aren't able to shift the existing ones from the budget) then I'm fairly sure the construction work would have been started by now.
  6. Oh yeah! Ill be honest, after how the trophy screwed us over those past few years I looked on it with the same disdain as the league cup Looking forward to the vase game on the 21st. Will be a very tough game, but at least we're now starting to resemble a football team at this level. There's a slight bit of hope that we can take advantage of being at home and give Lutterworth a good game
  7. Surely any club at the top level with competent staff will have contacts who can tell them about the best young players in every professional teams academies
  8. We played them at least 10 times in League fixtures and never once beat them Considering we spent the vast majority of that time in the top 5 its insane. Proper bogey team for Coalville they were. The one time we beat them was in the league Cup, which nobody cares about.
  9. Forget which account you signed into?
  10. I would have through that if the club purchases the hotel back, it would be classed as an infrastructure investment and therefore not count towards PSR. Whereas if they sell it, it's income from the club, so that £80m can be used to count towards it. So I imagine, in theory, they could just keep selling it and buying it at £80m and adding the money to artificially boost their income for PSR calculations. @st albans fox you seem to know a fair bit about this. Is my plan for Chelsea practical or am I missing something?
  11. A lot depends on the performances for me more than results. If he goes into Palace, Everton and Bournemouth with a passive attitude, showing no intent to try and score goals until we go a goal down or it gets to the last 30 mins then I've no real interest in him staying, regardless of if we luck-box a result or not. Alternatively, if he is positive in those games and we play well but are just unfortunate in front of either goal then I'd be happy for him to continue.
  12. I guess there's nothing to stop them selling the hotel back to the club and then the club selling it back every season
  13. Not sure he's intending to finish the club Just going to stop being a sucker being willingly milked by an organisation that sees him as income.
  14. Can't imagine there will be many meaningless games at all to be fair.
  15. Wait till you see this keeper we've signed from Brondby and winger we've signed from Sporting
  16. Eh? We absolutely did breach the rules. We got out of it because we announced our accounts a week or so after giving our premier league share to one of the promoted clubs. He's spot on with with his assessment. Only lasted 4 minutes mind cus the other 2 started speaking and it hurt my brain. Whoever signed off on the writing of the rules is in a world of pain right now
  17. Got a mate who's been a Villa season ticket holder for years and is jacking it in after this year due to the awful treatment of fans by the club.
  18. I'm surprised how many people are positive about this. Not in the sense of the club have been given a chance which on it's own is great news. But to be openly smug about us getting away with being awful due to a lawyer spotting a technicality, where's your morals people? I agree with the general principle of PSR in that clubs should be protected from mad owners putting liability onto clubs. However, I don't think clubs should be limited by their turnover. I think that the owner should be allowed to act as a "guarantor" and legally liable for any contracts/transfers that are signed off under their stewardship. Unless of course they sell the club and transfer that liability to another owner. It'd be a little more nuanced than that, but I think the club should only be liable for upto 95% of their turnover and then the rest has to be made up by the owner. Ideally wages and transfer fees would just drop to sensible levels, but that feels like it's miles away from happening.
  19. Cooper must be gutted his prime excuse his gone now, man might have to try and actually set us up to win some games and make it look close. G'won Coops, you can do it. Let us cross the half way line, we're a wild beast yearning to score.
  20. This is where a proper DOF would be massively beneficial.
  21. Didn't watch, but sounds like hes just a liar after saying the 1sr half v spurs wasn't how he wants us to play. Hes either terrible at getting his message across or he's a liar and loves showing no intent to win a game.
  22. Glad it wasn't just me thay saw that
  23. Its that shithouse vampire looking weirdo as well 1st half, Hinshelwood whacks the arsenal dead ball 60 yards, sound lad no worries. 2ne half Rice taps a moving ball thats been passed into him. Yellow lol. Cant believe he gets paid to do that for a living
