Usually, they will get a loan to a lower level and then work their way up to higher levels in stages, over time. Anyone that saw Barnes looking a bit lost in Puel's team might think he's "actually a bit shit". We've seen this process many times before and so have you, so I think that comment is actually a bit shit.
