It’s absolutely not irrelevant that a new manager has gone in and tuned Everton’s form absolutely on its head over an extended period of this season. That’s not to say Moyes is an expansive modern coach but his Everton team play with far more guile and intent than Dyche’s Everton. We don’t need a manager to stave off relegation now, we need a manager that will suit the style of play of the majority of the players we will still have in our first team and those coming from our development team next season. Dyche’s physical, direct defensive football is definitely not a good match so it won’t get the results he had with the squad he’d built at Burnley.

Im not sure why the club would be so scared of a PSR fail when considered versus sacking RVN. Keeping him in his position will cost the club more points than any realistic point deduction.

Not saying he’s ready for a job like Leicester but Carsley did an excellent job with England.
