It would be so Leicester if we bounce back from the disaster of the relegation by winning the league and adding another trophy to the collection.

Best thing is seeing the lad with a smile on his face again.

Still very very early days for our team whereas Southampton have an established style of play. I'm really looking forward to seeing how we get on but I won't be reading too much into the result either way.

Very much work in progress but you can see encouraging signs of our identity developing further with every game. Dropping KDH for Casedei gives us a lot of height & might be rewarding for set plays.

Disappointed that we seem to be picking someone with very questionable finishing but I guess that's the pond we're fishing in now.

Certainly wasn’t as fluid as the previous games, but I think that’s because of the keeper as much as the Huddersfield press. Really disappointed with Praet. Thought he was going to start to show more after his decent first game. Instead, he was pretty absent both against Huddersfield and in the cup game. Faes and Vestegaard getting better with more game time under their belts.

Should be winning this.

Quite apart from other aspects of his game as an 8 his strength in the air will be welcome in defending and attacking set plays.

Hope he stays. I think this season, playing in Maresca's football model, his development will be incredible.

Three very winnable games coming up before we meet Southampton so we could well be full of confidence as well as having a stronger starting 11 by then.

Work to do but very encouraging signs there. They are only going to get better & stronger.

Any votes for Wayne Brown and his famous racist rant in the dressing room? He was pretty hated at the time as I recall.

I’m aware of that but we’ll be looking to bring in a number on loan for this campaign & the end of the window will be when those opportunities arise.
