Ndidi hasn't been great as the 8, but he is providing some combativeness still. He just doesn't seem to have the mobility he once did.
-
Not enough fingers involved for our Nige's taste.
-
Good half, just a bit sloppy when it matters. Keep it up boys, the pressing is working nicely. Just need to take a chance early on the second half.
-
Curious... we'll have to see what our OHL friends say about him. He doesn't seem to fit the profile of what Enzo looks for in a LB though, unless that's set to change. Odd.
-
Cardiff have scored?!
-
Yeah, sure, but unless I'm misremembering, he tends to smash penalties in? Top corners are quite common from him I thought.
-
KDH isn't quite on it today, and we're missing creativity in the middle. Ndidi has had plenty of chances to release Vardy or Fatawu, but either mishit it, or turned back (probably lack of confidence he can make the pass).
-
I'm wondering if that's why they're doing it though. It seems to be forcing the wingers to have to come in at their defence, and into a crowd.
-
Oh Vardy...very unlike him to take a penalty like that. Frustrating. Not seen much from Fatawu or Mavididi just yet. I'll put that down to WBA just being very well set up defensively though. Very, very lucky earlier on in the game not to be a couple of goals behind. Hopefully we can nick another goal early in the second half. Otherwise not sure many of us can take the tension 😅
-
Yet. Rudders can fix that 👀.
-
Do you mean Leeds are owed transfer fees, or that they owe them? Guessing the latter, but would appreciate the clarification 🤞🏼

Brighton apparently looking to poach Russell Martin of Southampton this summer, as they expect De Zerbi to get snapped up. Apparently talks took place during the last international break—not ideal for Southampton going into their run in!
-
I used to really like it, but it just seems so inflexible. Part of the fun of watching football these days is looking at how managers/coaches tweak things to take advantage of opposition. We don't seem to do that at all in 2024.
-
I kept the faith until after half time...but christ that was bad. What an utter **** up. No creativity at all.
-
I mean he had a shot on target, so I'm going to venture...yes?
-
No, people are overreacting. Not much has happened so far. We're not 100% on it, but if we switch KDH and Ndidi, then Akgun off for Fatawu soon, I think we'll get a breakthrough.
-
They're going to be shattered midway through the 2nd half. Pressing heavily.
-
For those moaning about us passing backwards, there's not really many ways for us to play it at the moment, Millwall are just blockading their final third!
-
Agreed, he doesn't look fully match fit I don't think.
-
All a tad scrappy so far.

Same. This season was always going to be a bit horrible though. Disbelief that we went down, followed by resentment and expectations we would just go straight back up...nasty cocktail, that. Football is hard, and I think many fans have forgotten that the high moments come following a fight or struggle. That being said, I have been guilty of negativity at times this season, and did recently suggest Enzo should go. So what do I know 🤷🏻♂️

Wow, I missed that Mansfield v Crawley result. Massive result there for League 2! Shame Brunt is out injured. I keep forgetting Thomas and Iversen are in the same division as us.
-
That is a very good point. I can't recall there's been a VAR call on that sort of an incident, but it does sort of seem like he's just in the box as the ball goes to Mads...? Regardless, it's a mistake from Mads and not one he's made often. The resilience to dust himself off and keep playing after without a knock to his confidence is fantastic.
-
He gets it
-
Their goal was so weird 😅. I don't know that I can really blame Mads or Faes for that, as frustrating as it was at the time. It was a brainfart, and the fact it's the first time it's happened this season given the significant shift in style means we should just shrug and move on. They'll both have been furious about it I'm sure. Felt like it wasn't going to be our day as the game went on, but seeing us try makes that easier. First time in quite a while I've felt we embodied our "Foxes Never Quit" motto again. Long may it continue, boys 6 more games. 6 more cup finals.
