He recently thanked Iheanacho and Daka in an interview for helping him with his shooting practice (I think it was mentioned in that post-match interview, in fact?) I'm fairly sure Iheanacho has a habit of slowing down before striking the ball, so would make sense if that was the case.

This has got to be an FFP play. They've factored it into accounts, and now have to collect it to help with revenue streams. It being donated to a charity will now also look good for FFP too, I'm sure, when in reality it's just robbing Peter to pay Paul. Really disappointing response from the club to what seemed a very fair ask from fans. To some degree you could argue it could be seen as ageism, as some older fans won't have or want smart phones, which you'd need to use the tickets as I understand it. Plus the queues thing. Oh dear.

This is silly, cut it out. I was a staunch supporter of Enzo for most of the season, until we threw away a 17 point lead and looked awful for a decent length of time this year. It seemed to be down to Enzo's tactics, and as a result I voted Out. It's okay to praise when things are going well, and criticise when they're not. I'm really proud of this team for getting promoted, and massive credit to Enzo and his team for transforming us. However, lessons need to be learned from that drop off: By the players as much as by our Head Coach. We can enjoy and celebrate this, but let's not forget that those lessons need to be learned. Enzo will be a better manager for it if he does, which I'm sure he will. Anyway, bring on the Premier League again! Fascinated to see how we do.

From what I understand, it's more of an embargo on registering players than purchasing them, right? We could still buy him (and it's an obligation to buy as I understand it), but can't register him in a squad until we're free of said embargo. Which we should be by getting out of the EFL.
