I use MCKTV on Kodi with a Virgin Superhub....

 

Has been working fine all season - that today at half time - all channels stopped working.

 

I have two internet net feeds in the house. If I switch to the Non-Virgin one - everything works OK.

 

The internet via Virgin is working fine (BBC iPlayer etc) - just doesn't work with Kodi / MCKTV?

 

Anyone else using Kodi on Virgin - having problems?

Mine went off just before half-time...

I tried switching off the firewall and other security options on the Superhub.

Use a VPN, should be fine then....

I use sportsdonkey with virgin and watched the Chelsea game fine when I got in yesterday without vpn.

Interesting thanks - I have used Sportsdonkey in the past.

 

MCKTV is more reliable (but it is a faff getting your subscription renewed when it runs out).

 

I stopped using Sportsdonkey when they had a problem accepting Visa Card payments - do you know if this Visa thing has been sorted yet?

Sportsdonkey went down for a few weeks a while back, but I'm finding it pretty stable at the moment.  Any problems seem to have been fixed.

 

I renewed my subscription yesterday for £65 for the year.  The price has gone up since last year.  If you're new to Sportsdonkey, you can enter 'WELCOMEBACK' & get a 15% discount.

 

For a little over £1 a week, I have very little to complain about.

Is this likely to be a fix MCKTV have put in place ?

 

I don't use it anymore, but I'm still in their closed Facebook group. I think they were changing server to work round any blocks.

If anyone is looking for a decent streaming site, I've been using putlocker.digital 

 

I usually go on my Xbox and then open up the Internet Explorer /Edge app and get the website on there. Basically set up like Netflix but has everything. Adverts come up every 20 minutes which is annoying but if you watch it on your pc you can use Unlock Origin to block it. As I watch it on my xbox I just pay the £5 a month for the premium and have all the adverts removed. Quality isn't perfect as the bitrate isn't the highest and the blanks aren't the darkest but it's a decent shout if you want to watch the new shows without too much hassle.
