merlin1969 Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Take any of these ??? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33691770
kingcarr21 Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Take a punt on Gourcuff. Great player but injuries have ruined him the last few years. If he overcame his injury problems he would be an incredible player.
Christoph Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Take a punt on Gourcuff. Great player but injuries have ruined him the last few years. If he overcame his injury problems he would be an incredible player. How many football players come back after many injuries and play well? Injury after injury just puts them on a slow decline downhill. But I can see what you mean...he certainly was brilliant. I wouldnt want him in as the replacement for cambiasso as it wouldnt be unbelievable to see him get injured in a random prem game agaisnt stoke or whatever. Some decent players on that list though. Filling up our team with any CM's would do right now.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Id take the player right at the bottom who for some reason they have as left back, I bet he's pretty decent....
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Vlaar & Barnetta please. The only problem with free transfers's comes massive wages look at Sako.
dbtcity Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 I'm suprised we haven't been linked with Aquilani in all fairness
Staffs Fox Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Honestly with the squad as it is, I'd take Vlaar, Barnetta Aquilani and Gourcuff!
VLC86 Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 I watched Aquilani play against AC Milan last season and he was great in holding mid and the style of play in Italy isnt a million miles away from the premier league nowadays. Would be a useful addition thats for sure.
AJSLCFC Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 The top 5 on the list bar joey Barton who's crap in my opinion
J.Lisemore Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Honestly with the squad as it is, I'd take Vlaar, Barnetta Aquilani and Gourcuff! Too late, Watford have already signed em all.
Fox92 Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Easily Vlaar, a bit of quality alongside Huth, I mentioned him a few weeks back.
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Vlaar is out for several months after surgery I believe?
FantasticMrFuchs Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Vlaar is out for several months after surgery I believe? correct out for 6-8 months.
jayfox26 Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Vlaar is out for several months after surgery I believe? Get him on a pay as you play deal...
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 correct out for 6-8 months. Still get him signed up. He's worth the wait I reckon personally.
MikeyT Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Still get him signed up. He's worth the wait I reckon personally. Think he might fail the medical if he's currently injured.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Think he might fail the medical if he's currently injured. By that I meant get him in seeing our physio's get him treated until he's all good again, aslong as there's an agreement that once he's sorted we get him signed up.
