CosbehFox Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 Didn't go so can't comment. He was excellent that afternoon. Speak to any Swansea fan, they will tell you very inconsistent.
Jimmy Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 wearing proper studs in his boots might help him keep his feet better
Fox92 Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 wearing proper studs in his boots might help him keep his feet better Thought the same. Pathetic weather, and then we water the pitch, so you know what the pitch is going to be like...
Soar Fox Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 Claudio should make it a rule that everyone wears either Adidas World cups or Mundials depending on the weather. Also it would stop the stupid bright colours that you have players wearing nowadays. Black boots, short sleeved shirts, no gloves.

I hadn't noticed this before.
My Nads Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 I would suggest one reason he played badly was due to a lack of match sharpness, so a cup game would be a great opportunity for him to improve and I think we all know that an in form Dyer is a very handy player so it is important he gets some game time next weekend, and also allows players like Albrighton an extended rest, if needed. The biggest reason he looked bad was because we kept playing balls in the air to him. It wasn't just to Dyer, it's something we stopped doing, but it's started to creep back into our game. We played a bit like a Championship side yesterday, too many players have lost their touch and far too many balls just booted up in the air, instead of to feet which is our strength.
Soar Fox Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 I noticed Vardy was wearing black boots yesterday. I hadn't noticed this before. Probably just wears whatever his sponsors give him.
NewEnglandFox Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 I noticed Vardy was wearing black boots yesterday. I hadn't noticed this before. Me too. Plain black boots with no visible logos from the pictures I've seen. Tell tale sign of a new boot deal coming. And it no longer says NikeUK athlete on his twitter profile.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 Play him on the right. Rest Mahrez for Spurs

yorkie1999 Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 Be a lot better player if he bought some longer studs.
Gerard Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 I agree but when this is mentioned in regard to Kramaric, it seems to get ignored! I'm not convinced by Dyer. He started brightly at the beginning of the season but there's a reason why Swansea let us borrow him. People talk about Kingy being invisible, Dyer does exactly the same. I won't be too disappointed if we don't sign him permanently I'll be bloody annoyed if we did sign him permanently. On the wings we have Mahrez, Albrighton, Schlupp, possibly Gray and I would like to think we'll be signing a left sided winger who will be one of our best players sometime soon. We don't need to sign Dyer who hasn't got much room for improvement or is good enough to be in our first XI.
NewquayFox Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 I went to Southampton and Dyer changed the game when he came on, needs game time and the FA Cup tie would be ideal as it would be for a couple of other 'fringe' City players.... Up the City....
