The_77 Posted 21 September 2015 Posted 21 September 2015 Unless I missed something, Ranieri said that Dyer was fine after that collision with Guzan against Villa; however, Nathan was left off the bench against Stoke despite being ineligible to play against West Ham this week. He took some shot to the head-- has there been any word on his condition other than what Ranieri said in Thursday's press conference?
filbertstreet Posted 21 September 2015 Posted 21 September 2015 Unfortunately he's developed a rare condition that's turned his balls to steel Seriously though last I'd heard was minor knee injury didn't want to risk it hopefully he's alright for next game
AmyLGK Posted 21 September 2015 Posted 21 September 2015 I asked this in the other thread about him - had a knee injury apparently - I guess it happened in training. He'll be back next weekend.

I read or heard somewhere that he hurt is knee in that collision which is why he wasn't in the squad
AKCJ Posted 21 September 2015 Posted 21 September 2015 Don't know if you've heard but he's got a knee problem but he's okay.
The_77 Posted 21 September 2015 Author Posted 21 September 2015 Thanks, all! I guess we can close this thread...
fuchsntf Posted 21 September 2015 Posted 21 September 2015 Does his knee have two eyes, and curly hair..??
Jackster21 Posted 4 October 2015 Posted 4 October 2015 Does any one know when Dyer will be for to play again?
smudger63 Posted 4 October 2015 Posted 4 October 2015 Does any one know when Dyer will be for to play again? Started back training at the end of last week, so unless he has a set back, i would presume he will probably be on the bench at Southampton.

foxes_rule1978 Posted 4 October 2015 Posted 4 October 2015 Massive boost having him back, looked very good against villa slotted in nicely
Clever Fox Posted 4 October 2015 Posted 4 October 2015 A very intelligent player, He looked like he had played before with the lads instead of his league début. I think he also good for 10 to 12 goals a season.

lgfualol Posted 5 October 2015 Posted 5 October 2015 I feel a bit in disbelief that we won nicely on Saturday, and we still had Mahrez AND Dyer not even playing. You'd have thought they'd possibly be our top 2 wingers.
EGBFitness Posted 5 October 2015 Posted 5 October 2015 Does teams get fined for fielding a player who has been unconscious now?
filbertstreet Posted 5 October 2015 Posted 5 October 2015 Does teams get fined for fielding a player who has been unconscious now? How do you even get an unconscious player on the pitch though
AKCJ Posted 5 October 2015 Posted 5 October 2015 Does teams get fined for fielding a player who has been unconscious now? lol
EGBFitness Posted 5 October 2015 Posted 5 October 2015 When they have regain consciousness? I thought there was a rule in place since Courtois? That if a players been knocked out they are no longer allowed to continue?
KFS Posted 5 October 2015 Posted 5 October 2015 When they have regain consciousness? I thought there was a rule in place since Courtois? That if a players been knocked out they are no longer allowed to continue? Think you're right, Jeff Shreeves went digging for an answer in the post match with Nathan Dyer because of it. " just to confirm you were never unconscious?"
Lambert09 Posted 6 October 2015 Posted 6 October 2015 I heard Dyer is still unconscious Sounds like Ranieri is more like Pearson then we thought, cracking the headbutts out already

" just to confirm you were never unconscious?" Yeah I thought I heard a rule was being put in place? Not completely sure if it is in effect currently though? Makes you wonder if rule is in place wether the 'knee injury' is a it of a cover up for the head injury? Haha yeah I noticed that with the interview
