I hope with the potential of Champions League football next season, it benefits the owners and King Power as much as it has done with the fortunes of the football club.

Milan Mandaric's great sucess, finding our current owners!

Best football owners in the country

Seems we tried to spend in January though not being sure of where we might finish curtailed our ability to go the extra yard to get the deals over the line.

I think we could be blown away by our activities in June/July if we do win the league.

Depends who leaves. If we can hang onto the big names, and I'd include Drinkwater in that, we just need 4 or 5 to cover the extra games in the CL.

All the profits will be lost to pay CR his bonuses for keeping Leicester up :)

The £100k bonus per league position above last year that CR is on can probably be found in the King Power petty cash box if the earnings mentioned in this thread are anything to go by.

All LCFC revenue is peanuts and immaterial when compared to the global branding and current generated interest of the King Power brand to the many billions of people on this planet who now have heard of little ol' Leicester City.

YES! they've got their money back!

Mandarić has cracked a golden tooth in envy and I hope it hurts.

My two cents view...whoever invest in a football club for profit is mad. Perhaps, the exception is Milan Mandaric. Football can be fun but it's a tough business. Most clubs just struggle. Being in the top five of BPL won't guarantee big profit either. Investment return is appalling even for Manchester United. Billionaires buy football clubs mostly for fun, a mark of success of their careers. Temporary, LCFC's book will be great, with TV money pouring in this and next seasons. To keep star players, wages will go to the roof. Manager, players and everyone in the club will expect substantial pay rises. I guess the extra cash will evaporate very quickly. The value of the squad will surely increase but selling your best players for profit is like a baker selling his oven. Selling best players for profit is a road to relegation.

Many people think King Power brand must be worth a fortune with the success of LCFC. Again, it is unlikely the case. King Power Duty Free as a business is a very profitable business by itself. Its customers are 60% Thais and 40% foreign tourists (mostly Chinese and Indian tourists) KP is a monopoly business (means customers have no choice) To be fair, KP prices are not much different from duty free shops around the region. It operates under a government concession, won through a competitive bidding system. LCFC's performance and global exposure has minimal impact on KP business. KP last year sales were around 1,400 million pounds. Assuming only 10% profit margin, he made 140 million pounds a year. It means that Vichai can continue to enjoy his life without selling or taking anything out of the club. The joy of seeing LCFC moving from Championship to the top table of BPL within 5 years under his ownership is probably worth more to him than any profit that LCFC can ever make.

The fact they have pictures of players/'Foxes Never Quit strategically placed in and around their outlets in the airport, appears to indicate they are indeed very proud Owners of LCFC.

Wow, forget free clappers and beer, I want a high class hooker and a bottle of Bollinger 57.

Seriously tho wouldn't it be great to buy a few more quality players, finish top 6 and get of the CL group stages

Give Tom Hopper a call, he may be able to help you achieve part of your wish list.

Plus that two quid I dropped in SK4 when Vardy scored against Liverpool.

Sorry, I hoovered that up. Climbed over about 50 seats and shredded my shins but it was worth it.
