Leicester Rule! Posted 20 September 2005 Posted 20 September 2005 who do you want in the next round? you want home or away? premiership or some shit team!? and what is the date of the next round?!
Nationwider Posted 20 September 2005 Posted 20 September 2005 Same as I always want... Newcastle/Sunderland/Middlesbrough away!
john_lcfc Posted 20 September 2005 Posted 20 September 2005 some shit team at home so we can get through hopefully
King Kyle lcfc Posted 20 September 2005 Posted 20 September 2005 Chelsea at home or Mansfield Town away lots of family in mansfield you see
Thracian Posted 20 September 2005 Posted 20 September 2005 Anyone at home really - though someone from the Premiership might be nice to see if we can really prove ourselves a bit and to get the chance to improve on that godforsaken performance at Blackburn when we barely mustered a shot.
supedaj Posted 20 September 2005 Posted 20 September 2005 any team from div 2 and preferably at home. Dont think we're anywhere ready to face a prem club just yet IMO ...
Scow Posted 20 September 2005 Posted 20 September 2005 I don't mind really - A Premiership club at home would be nice, however, it would be good to get another lower league team at home and progress through to the next round.
lush Posted 20 September 2005 Posted 20 September 2005 Premier team at home, it`ll give us a chance to raise our standards for the championship.
SystonFox Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 decent prem side at home, like lush said it may raise our game and we may get tv coverage so we can roll it in.
C-man Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool or Arsenal at home, or any league one or league two side left in
filbertway Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 Barnet at home please , that way we should get through to round 4 when it all starts to get serious.
connolly19 Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 I would like Birmingham at home so we can give Muzzy a deserved ovation.
Cobbo Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 Gillingham away. Selfish so n so. Note it says selfish and not shellfish. Ta.
Ric Flair Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 Mansfield at home. It would be nice to see Stevie Dawson up against our shaky midfield. If not then i'd like Liverpool at home or away.
Head Honcho Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 decent prem side at home, like lush said it may raise our game and we may get tv coverage so we can roll it in. Not too decent! West Ham at home will do. If we both play our first teams it may give us a good idea of how we are progressing.
davieG Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 I'd be happy to keep getting home draws against teams we have a chance against with a view to going all the way to Cardiff/Wembley, we could certainly do with the money and it's a while since we were in a final, I not even bothered if we then don't win it although of course I 'd hope we did.

Imagine if he was still playing for us we used to crap our selves if Muzzy was out for 1 game let alone 10 months+
The People's Hero Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 Selfish so n so. Note it says selfish and not shellfish. Ta. Everyone loves an away day spent in the medway towns.
Manwell Pablo Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 Think would stand a chance against anyone really apart from Man u Liverpool and Chelsea, I leave Arsenal out because Wenger never takes it seriosuly. Huddersfield away would be good, if they somehow manage to win tonight, i can get back to the uni life with my ex housemates for one night
lush Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 decent prem side at home, like lush said it may raise our game and we may get tv coverage so we can roll it in. Thats the deal, yes we won last night, but did we get any better, probably not. A prem team even if we lose, will enhance our ability, and might also see us gather much needed tv funds, be it live or highlights.
Manwell Pablo Posted 21 September 2005 Posted 21 September 2005 Be invaluable experince for the younger players to

So one game is going to raise our ability? what if we were thrashed 4-0 ? I thought everyone would want to get as far as possible.
