Oh don't worry, he's bad. Licá, aka Lord Licá, was a failed signing from Porto 2(?) years ago, barely played, when he did, did so poorly.

If you want bad players in Nottingham Forest.. your wish is granted.. It's not a bad player.. for a small portuguese team. That should make him an average player for the english championship I think. In some games maybe he can play better and really help the team, but on average I think he will not be that great.
