January.. Do we need signings who can hit the ground running?

Rather than spending £15M+ on unproven gambles such as Ndidi.. do we need experienced PL players such as Robbie Brady?..

Will Ndidi just be another expensive foreign youngster in the mould of Kramaric,  Kapustka,  Amartey, Mendy etc?...... The jam tomorrow brigade!!

Would try get some prem players on loan. Think Ndidi would be ready to play straight the way though.

Any prem CBs that aren't needed at their club? I'd take anyone

Timothy Fosu Mensah on loan going to be a star can play RB and DM.

Well that took 6 posts.

Did you not read the opening post?

Or did you chose to ignore it or just not understand it.

The op is asking if we need proven players in Jan. So you suggest a young unproven player as a loan. We are not in a position to develop other clubs possible future talent. We may as well carry on buying unproven talent than help another club.

The Jamaican legend will retire after next summer's World Championships immediately and already has plans in place to train with Borussia Dortmund.

Nine-time Olympic gold medallist Bolt admits Manchester United Leicester City is his dream destination and says plans to become a professional footballer are already under way".

Two threads great fun.

Yes we do need proven quality not kids or foreign players atm.

We don't have time to give players to adjust. We need players that will hold it together with a stomach for the fight.

I suggested Robbie Brady as an example.. think he'd do a job in CM but I bet Norwich would demand 20m for him in January.. Michael Keane similar money?

Perhaps loanees are the way to go?

Trippier from Spurs is one possibility?
