Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 23 January 2017 Posted 23 January 2017 Leicester City's players have increased in value more than those of almost any other club in the Premier League, according to new figures. City spent €130m (£112m at today's exchange rate) in transfer fees to assemble their current squad, according to research by the CIES Football Observatory The Leicester City squad has now been valued at €484m (£417m) - an increase of €354m (£305m) Was this before or after the weekends performance?????
foxes21 Posted 23 January 2017 Posted 23 January 2017 Only 112 mill on the entire squad? Thought it would be more.
Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 23 January 2017 Author Posted 23 January 2017 Mad to think Slimani cost about 30% of the entire value?
Bayfox Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 Did stevie wonder do the research, based on this seasons performances, I'd say the value has dropped, we are never getting the money for Slim back, vardy is worth about a million again and I'll offer Mahrez the chance to find his form, by joining us at goals.

Thracian Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 Perhaps we should get the bloke who compiled those figures into Rudkin's job! Cos if he could get 484 million euros for our squad he's a genius. We could have a garage sale and perhaps include those fancy cars our owner so gratefully gave to the guys who were once heroes but now seem to have been spoilt close to rotten.
sylofox Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 484m sell the fecking lot play the u23's. The re build the squad in the summer. But only buy players that look like they give a sh1t. Because Sunday most did not look bothered. I know getting up Sunday morning is hard. But ffs look like you care.
Mike Oxlong Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 And by the end of the season the value will have gone down by more than any in the Premier League ....
Mike Oxlong Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 I propose that we sell the lot and divvy up the proceeds in equal shares amongst the season ticket holders who have retained their tickets since at least the League One days

foxy boxing Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 there's a big difference between what players are worth and what we sell or by them for!
Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 24 January 2017 Author Posted 24 January 2017 We've only got 1.75 for Hernandez. I reckon we might need to overinflate Kings value to 12 million to make up for the short fall!!
