You deserve everlasting gratitude and complete and utter respect for delivering the unthinkable dream that was last season. You will always be remembered and will forever be a true LEGEND of this football club. But in the here and now, it's clear that for some time now that your management is detrimental to the fortunes of the football club. It has gone on for long enough and although you're not entirely to blame, you've been unable to turn it round. It's clear that a fresh approach is needed for the rest of this season and ongoing in order to revive our fortunes wherever we end up. We need a new structure, a new approach and a fresh plan moving forward. Please don't be the man that relegates us. Please don't carry on when you can do no more to take us forwards. Please don't let the atmosphere in the stadium turn toxic towards you like at Arsenal. Preserve your legacy. Please do what is right for the football club and stand down. Thanks for the most glorious memories we'll ever experience as a City fan. We've lived the dream, but the dream is over now. It's time to go.
