Leicester is pretty decent as a UK city to be honest, the Lanes, Cultural Quarter, St Martins are all nice. It's no match for some of the top European cities granted, but the only bit of the town centre I'd actually drop a bomb on would be Charles Street. It's fecking filthy round there.

I agree...A fair few places can be wiped off the map in leicester though lets be fair.

after seeing Seville and how beautiful a city is, good luck to the Sevilla fans coming to visit lol, to be fair I been to all the away games, apart from Copenhagen I thought Bruges, Porto and Sevilla is some of the most beautiful cities I been to

Anybody heard whether there will be one for the upcoming match?

I've not been to one yet but am tempted to try it this time as possibly the last one we will have. Any experiences of the others we have had?

We've found it a pretty decent atmosphere, different to league games, everyone mixing and standing outside the pubs on High Street. Brugge fans were a good laugh in Bruxelles bar after the game too. Heading down earlier today about 14:00 should be even better with how optimistic and excited everyone is.

I have lived in Leicester 28 years after coming over from Belfast. Like any big city it has his good points and bad points.

So there is no excuse for a handle like Coolcol then is there?

Beautiful is pushing it for me, yes it had some nice bits, but was just like London or any major city.

Being a major city, I thought it was a shithole, barring around the fountain area/ bars.

I think of many nice places to go and seville is not one of them, and they will miss the graffiti, as our buildings are not covered anywhere near like theirs

I assuming Monsell does not live around Monsell any more.

Somebody made the point about Oxford earlier.Leamington,Bristol,Warwick,Bath all got some dreadful areas. Its all about people having pride in their environment and owners taking responsibility.Old filbert street site is a good example.I have the pleasure of working om some of leicesters estates and folk have generally(not all)no respect rubbish tipping bins cars

needles canisters real shame for the folk who do care but the authourities are way to soft on the minority who cause the problem.

Anyway looking forward to tonight
