what the ****, this birthday celebration for the chairman has been cringe worthy as ****. hes not a 10year old boy for christ sake

Agreed. When that banner dropped down from the roof of the family stand with his face on it and the fireworks were going off like we'd won the league; I was actually tempted to join the Stoke fans singing "what the f@@king hell is that"

Yeah I had a beer and was very grateful for that. I've just found the rest of it really cringey.

No doubt it was all Rudkin's idea. There's a man who fears for his job if ever I'd seen one.

Gonna be hilarious when he's fired and pleads with Vichai 'what about the birthday video'.

The club has created a great deal of both harmony and positivity at the club, and long may it continue - but there's a certain line that has to be drawn somewhere to stop them going too far with being respectful and honouring the owners, and it really should stop at this.

Is this birthday thing a cultural one? It seems that the emphasis has been there on more than a few of these type of events.

Jokes at how triggered some of you are over this.

Yeah it's cringe but whatever. If it makes the chairman happy and feel like he wants to stick about for another 10 years I couldn't give a **** tbh.

The amount of tears though. Drawing lines lol. Dry your eyes.
