lifted*fox Posted 6 July 2018 Posted 6 July 2018 she hasn't really convinced anyone to do anything, imo. cabinet brexiters have finally accepted the reality that a hard-brexit / no-deal will be a total failure. all they've done today is finally concede to Teresa May's soft-brexit plans. there will be no fallout, no resignations because these chumps won't want to lose their well-paid positions. they'll back down and suck it up because they had no feasible plan for a hard brexit and there isn't any steam left in the engine. game over 1

With a bit of luck the EU will reject it and we can leave with no deal. You don't get any more intelligent do you? What's the plan after that then? Can you share some links to the detail of the no deal blueprint? Edited 6 July 2018 by Guest

We'll still be better off than what we were but the EU have still got to agree and they won't without freedom of movement and even May won't be able to agree to that so it's looking like no deal.

Though we could walk away and completely destroy jobs and prosperity. I don't suppose the fact foreign investment has dropped by 96% already - far more than £10b - counts in your world?
