I don't think he'll play against us. Judging from their forum he's just an expensive replacement for Chalobah.

Bloke was brilliant in us - fvcking LEICESTER -  winning the prem but people still use last year as a stick to beat the bloke down with? He was one of the only players to turn up until Ranieri got sacked anyway, and November-Feb everyone looked relatively gash bar Kasper.

We may have got a decent deal for ourselves with Silva replacing him but there's no need for the lack of class...

I know

Surreal really. Doesn't seem right to see him playing for anyone else, makes you realise how long he's been here. Like Ngolo was here and gone so fast he never really settled.

Will give Drinkwater a clap, I like him, think he's a good pro. Don't think he's good enough for them, though, I just think he's a solid top half box to box midfielder. Surely they should be chasing the very best in the world? Odd signing. I think he's one of the more replaceable members of our title winning team.

I would find a big problem with him if he hit the ground running, he wasn't "fit" for the longest time so it would interesting to so.

People can cheer, others can boo, it's their money and in this hypothetical scenario, he isn't a Leicester player so i:'m not bothered!

I like that ?

Tainted

Not sure how I'll react as I sadly think he's been a cvnt how he's handled this!

I appreciate what he's done for us but it may just be a very brief cricket applause from me and certainly no chanting of his name.

He couldn't get to Cobham soon enough, despite being 3rd option behind the Ox and Barkley passing him on the way out :)

I'd give him a round set of applause. That's what he deserves after his contribution to the club over the past five years.

Then let it go, leave him be and let the best team win on the day.

I am dissapointed that he has gone.  It's a challenge for him.... and though i am doubtful ... i hope he gets in front of bakoything for a starting place. I feel hes kibd of shiw chelsea how good we are.  All players leave at some point.

Whats most important is we get behindmahrez as hes a bit sensitive.

Rise above the bitterness and clap danny...

All the very best to Danny, he took a fair amount of stick at times but delivered the goods to give us the greatest of memories.  As he's no longer of Leicester player I won't applaud; but also, as for what he gave us he deserves respect and that is exactly what is due ... nothing more, nothing less ...

I agree, I think it's why English top sides are a mile behind the top 1-3 sides in the Spanish & German leagues(see Utd vs Real), they shouldn't be targeting good players, they should be going after the best money can buy.
