Drinkwater reception next week.

I would hope they get cheered like all other Leicester players. As a club we've allowed them to negotiate deals, so if anything, fans should vent towards the club

He won't play so we won't have to worry about this.

I'll be blowing kisses to Kante though, the beautiful man.

If it was a way in the future, then polite applause when he comes on for what will be his usual cameo for his new club as sub, in recognition of his great service to Leicester, and his part in helping us win the league.

But as it's fresh in the memory and will still be a bit raw, then lots of abuse, and regret that Wasilewski did not stay for a few months longer.

For those few weeks in the spring of 2016 when Mahrez and Vardy had lost a bit of their spark, Drinky was bossing the games and making the key passes that kept us clear of Spurs. Eternally grateful.

I would find a big problem with him if he hit the ground running, he wasn't "fit" for the longest time so it would interesting to so.

People can cheer, others can boo, it's their money and in this hypothetical scenario, he isn't a Leicester player so i:'m not bothered!

I have the problem of not knowing whose fault it is that he didn't go earlier in the summer giving us time to bed in his replacement in pre-season training and friendlies. His salary was improved last summer on the reasoning that he is here for several more years, he hardly justified the rise (although you could say he deserved more for the previous seasons efforts). Our biggest problem is that the players tasted Champions League football last season and most of them held their own at that level so naturally they want more of it. However he was out there as part of the side that didn't do enough to qualify for any European Football. Applaud him for his past but he hasn't fulfilled his latest contract in either length or expectation of application.

I won't boo or cheer. It's just the way he went about things that's left a bit of a sour taste. Grateful to him for his role in the Premier League winning side but I can't help but think he's a bit of a d**k after this month. I'm obviously wearing blue tinted specs though.

He was part of the same 11 that won the league... no one in their right mind will boo.

then again, our fans have done stranger things

But he has put in a transfer request a few days before the window closes and could have put us in the shit if we weren't prepared for it. Its not like Mahrez where he has given us months to find a replacement, its a few days. I won't boo him but I won't cheer him either as he has tried to force a move through right at the end of the window when we were probably reluctent to sell. Respect him for both title winning seasons, just wish he went about leaving a bit differently.

sad to see him leave but he was never going to retire with us. Thought we might see another couple of years but so be it. some amazing memories, wish him all the best.

We don't know if we had someone lined up to replace either of them.

We don't know if promises have been made.

We don't know if Drinkwater has spoken to the club about his wish to leave.

For all we know, he might have done it the correct way, i.e. Not involving the media until deadline day frenzy, unlike Mahrez who seemingly acted on his own accord.

Im sure by next week I will have gotten over it and will give him a little cheer if his name is read out. Just at the moment I can't quite understand why he waited so long before handing in a transfer request, will probably all be out in the open soon anyway.

No clapping by me. Couldn't jump ship quick enough. Hope he fails at Chelsea and Silva becomes a star
