willie-bell-in-rothley Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 No problem applauding one of our title winners, Chelsea buying our reserves

It would be hypocritical to chant kantè's name but boo drinky, 1 year vs 5 years, one only tasted the success while the other fought relegation two times, played in the champions league and won the championship and the premier league!
Captain... Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Applaud his name pre-match, boo him and call him cvnt all game, then applaud him him off the pitch.
leicesterlad1989 Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 I'm going to hiss at him and throw rotten tomatoes.
Monsell1976 Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 When he's sat in the stand watching the game, he might get some stick
Wymsey Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Certainly doesn't deserve a good level of booing. He's been strong for the club, but certainly not irreplaceable. Hoping James can deliver in his place, though he should be given some time considering his last injury layoff.
Sunbury Fox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 This question assumes that he will have recovered from the mysterious injury that has been keeping him out of our team for weeks in time to play for them next Saturday. I wonder.....

James is going to struggle, a player who has had success in European football, and a player that won the European championships likely to be in front of him. He a squad player I assume, and signed a new contract with that in mind
Spudulike Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 He's one of the Immortals. He will always be welcome round my house.

DD left Leicester for his own reasons good luck to him I say. DD should get a standing ovation when he comes back next week. DD has been a great servant for our club and I don't understand why some people want to boo him. .
Legend_in_blue Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Now that Silva is, hopefully, on his way, he won't get booed as much as if he wasn't. He almost landed us in the **** and if he had, I for one wouldn't have been impressed.
RGFox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 cheer before boo during cheer/boo depending on result !

I'm never sentimental about footballers; they're paid to do a job, that is where is ends for me and it is where it ends for them. I never understand the support king gets for example, if he could have gone he would have! They're no different from us, if he worked in a factory and left to a competitor he'd be considered just another rival, for me DD is now the enemy, treat him as one.
GaelicFox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Clap him but give Conte a huge chant for taking the donkey off our hands ! And before anyone pipes up yes he was decent in winning the championship and premier league years but since May 2016 he has been a dog shite donkey

Bournemouth Blue Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Cringe! He's always been flat on TV. Comes across as dull but who's to say!?

AylestoneRaider Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Drinkwater deserves a great reception and he will get one. One of the boys who gave us something we never dreamt of! I love the City so much! Yes I'm pissed!
foxychik Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Rule of thumb for ex players they get released, see their contract out, leave to get games, take a step down, or they are called muzzy and they get a rousing applause. They go to 'a bigger club','for the money','feign injury' and then rock up playing for the oppisiston miraculously cured - then it's a little more complex. I'm a Danny fan but it's far too soon.

He was one of the only players to turn up until Ranieri got sacked anyway, and November-Feb everyone looked relatively gash bar Kasper. We may have got a decent deal for ourselves with Silva replacing him but there's no need for the lack of class...
FoxInTheBirstallBox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Applaud when he is warming up and the announcer says his name, then boos everytime he touches the ball if he comes on Standard procedure lads
