Go further, beyond postage details and when you select payment method as long as you've logged in (so they know you're a member or season ticket holder) there is now a line under your total showing your available credit points i.e. £5 or £10. You need to type in how much of the credit you wish to use and this is then deducted from your bill.

I had to sign my 7yr up online using an old email address, stupid after being given assurances he wouldn't need one and could all be done under 1 account.
