Egyptian Cream milk stout - which reminds me of Cassels, it's that good. What Guinness shortage?

Had this on in my local recently - was very nice !

A pint of Elgood’s Blackberry Porter followed swiftly by Titanic Plum Porter at the Shilton Vaults in Earl Shilton, superb.

North Riding US IPA at the Winckley Street Ale House in Preston yesterday, but couldn't convince my missus to make her debut in The Black Horse. Criminal she's never been to one of Britain's finest architectural gems despite it being on her doorstep her whole life.

Now on a De Ranke Père Noel after having a Hofbräu Winterzwickl. Can't beat a seasonal Beers of Europe order.

Going to save these until I head back to Leics.

Fierce Beer have created a lager and stout for the club and apparently taste really good.

Cans in the colours of the kit.

Disappointed I didn't see this before Christmas as my brother in law is a big Aberdeen fan, but will make a note for 12 months time

Pint of Carling Premier for £2.90 at the Trafalga, visiting my grandad in Chapel St Leonards.

I mean this earnestly, it’s a great slice of the 80s in there.

Chapel ain't a bad place tbf.

A few well priced pints, an award winning chippy and LOTR pinball at the golden Palm.

Nice little weekend for the (big) kids.

I think it’s bleak tbh, especially this time of the year

I really hate slagging off English counties because all of them have great history and lovely countryside, but Lincolnshire is very close to irredeemable. Saved by the amazing cathedral and the fact I love the big skies in the South Holland area in the summer.

I feel the same. The settlements on the coast are just crap - some of the inland towns have their charms, Grantham I think is actually quite attractive. Horncastle is nice, Bourne & Stamford are great.

The wolds at least break up the flat landscape too but CSL, Ingoldmells, Skegness etc are just so dated.
