Two City Strikes Up For Goal Of The Month Award

- Claude Puel up against three other Premier League bosses for the Barclays Manager of the Month award
- The Foxes manager has guided City to two wins and a draw over March
- Strikes from Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy have also been shortlisted for the Carling Goal of the Month accolade

Following Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy’s nominations for the Carling Goal of the Month award, Puel’s efforts over March have also been recognised.

The Frenchman lead his Foxes to two wins and a draw from three fixtures, as they recorded back-to-back away victories over West Bromwich Albion and Brighton & Hove Albion alongside a 1-1 draw with AFC Bournemouth at King Power Stadium.

Puel faces three other Premier League managers for the award.

The shortlist is as follows:

Sean Dyche, Burnley
Pep Guardiola, Manchester City
Jose Mourinho, Manchester United
Claude Puel, Leicester City
