Am I being thick but overall manager rating is 54.19 down 54.19 %, which makes it an approval rating out of 108%, not a dig, just looks like something went wrong when calculating.

 Back to the scores Okazaki, gray really, what did Okazaki do more than diabate ?

Okazaki rated higher than Diabaté.

Vardy on the top 3 even if he doesn't play.

Simpson did nothing to deserve such a low score. He wasn't great but wasn't that bad.

Chilwell is harsh and I think Simpson's low ratings are down to him looking like a fish out of water trying to play possession football, which isn't really his fault- it's not his game and he's our only option.

 

Agree that Diabate should be higher- had a couple of decent touches.

You're right and as much as I think that a new RB is needed I still can't fault Simpson for what he'll never be. I'd be less merciful if he had made a defensive mistake, which he didn't and rarely does. This witch hunt is really unfair.

 

It was Diabaté's first start in the PL as far as I can recall and not in his natural position. Of course he's still rough around the edges but I'd still have any day over a 10 who spends most of his time on his backside. His second assist ever won't change anything for me.

 

To be frank, Vardy might have scored but he wasn't bothered the whole game and hardly done anything that can justify him being 3rd. Not that the others have been better but it's obvious that he often gets away with a lot more than the other players.

The manager confidence is a real worry to me, our second best season in about 20 years and nearly half of people want him sacking?! I understand certain frustrations but the thought of changing our manager again should be out of the question he hasnt even had a full season yet!

Shows how crap they all were if Grays performance rated him 4th.

Agree Silva and Choudhury were the best two performers but they did not have much to beat.

In the last couple of years we've gone from an exciting fast moving team to a boring eyesore. We still haven't fully adapted to the loss of Kante with Ndidi doing well but distribution is a tad off. Our inept attempts at possession football can't look more awkward. We now have Simpson working his socks off to adapt into someone he's not. His level of improvement so far I doubt he ever will get it. Morgan who's a great shot blocker and old school tactician isn't going to change either. If Puel wants us to play a possession game,his choice, but have to say at the moment it's comical for the neutral and frustrating as hell for many City fans.

 

Hence why possibly Puel's rating is low at the moment. Maybe summer signings will bring in players who fit his style and we will improve on what we have now. 8th place is great positioning but the entertainment value has sure gotten lost save the last 20 minutes of some games.
