Does anyone else find the online ordering system and the website in general to be total rubbish?

Currently I am unable to order anything, as when I go to the checkout I get this message...

Has anyone else had this? And did you resolve it? I have emailed the club and also tried to get someone on the phone, but both have got me nowhere and frankly I get the impression they don’t know their area from their elbow.

You can't help but feel a small marketing company got the gig when we were rubbish, signed a 20 year deal and now just try and make the site as shit as possible so they can get paid out of their contract.

Pretty sure the club gave it big licks about having a new bespoke site. Its a carbon copy just like we had before of plenty of other league teams site.

They never did the ticket resale playform they where on about setting up.

Is that a new registration? It shouldn't be possible in SQL to assign the same value to two entries if the attribute is unique, so I'm not sure how they've managed that. Who knows how they've set it up. Their support team should be able to do something though, even if it's creating a new account and transferring all of your data to it.

Just keep pestering them and tell them you're trying to buy LCFC stuff but can't.

I thought this maybe possible but do not quote me on that as I am front-end web developer so never touch database stuff. I've dabbled in SQL but nothing major.

But yeah, whoever has developed this needs a word and the club should do that quickly. Not sure if at all the club regularly go through and test the site.

edit: I did not see the unique part, in which case I am probably wrong lol

Thanks @Beechey and @Fox92, even though I have no idea what you’re talking about at least it provides extra reassurance that it’s probably not me!

This all began when I tried to update my email address. I got as far as them thinking it was because my account had 2 email addresses linked to it, which somehow threw the system out. But it doesn’t let me change one address permanently, which looks to me like a glitch (and the site is tricky navigate without all this nonsense).

since this new data protection ruling came in...possibly some of you had the bombardment  of emails from companies about it. iv noticed some websites   for buying items etc are playing up.

possibly coincidence? I Don't know.
