Can’t remember exact words or match but  think it was May 2015 , the great escape, two nil up at home to Southampton, final couple of minutes and 30 odd thousand chanting We Are Staying Up .....John Champion on BBC MOD said something along the lines “ It started as a murmur then became a chant then became a roar and now become a reality “

Been searching the web for it but to no avail

I have favourite nuggets of crap commentary too - I seem to remember the highlights video for (I think) 91/92, and the commentator says 'And Leicester looking for what could well turn out to be the winning goal'. Surprise surprise, a goal ensues that is the winner, and the commentator has somehow predicted this despite the game having plenty still to run - so obviously dubbed on, they really did treat the paying punter like a moron, and to be honest, I think that is probably still the case.

Mick Quinn in disbelief at Joachim vs Portsmouth in the 1st leg of the playoffs at Forests ground.

FRIGHTENING PACE

We were stuck in traffic after this game not far from the ground in a hand painted red Sherpa minibus from the Full Moon boozer when Quinn pulled up along side chewing away and he must have thought we were Pompey as he wound his window down with his thumb up, boy oh boy did he get some abuse for a couple of minutes ha haaa....
